Ethan panted quietly. He bumped their noses together with a smile you. "I love you."

"I love you too, Eth." He replied, out of breath as well. He pressed a light kiss to his nose before flopping back onto the bed and closing his eyes. He unhooked his legs from Ethan's waist and tried to catch his breath

Ethan rolled to the side of him woth a sigh. He looked over at Raz with a satisfied smile.

Raz curled up beside him and gazed up at him "now I'm gonna hurt more than normal tonight. “ He laughed softly and glanced daown t the dark marks on his chest

Ethan just smirked smugly at him. "I'm not even sorry." He kisses his cheek.

He glared up playfully "I know your not devil." Raz sat up with a wince and ran a hand through his messy hair. "Thanks for that,"

Ethan's smirk grew. "Your welcome love." He had a goofy ass grin on his face

Raz turned to look at him and laughed " you seem happy with yourself," he leaned forward and kissed him softly before swinging his legs over the bed and standing to head to the drawers

"Very happy." Ethan ginned. He sat up, watching Raz. "I love you."

Raz turned with one of Ethan's shirts and shorts in hand. "I love you too my devil," he said sincerely, smiling at him before going over the bathroom to shower

Ethan smiled and got up. He followed him to the bathroom with a smile

"coming with?" he asked with a small laugh "clingy arent you?" he teased, "I'm not staying long, just a quick shower."

"Im being posessive leave me alone." Ethan said in a mocky pouty voice. He kissed him softly before leaving

Raz hummed in response before closing the door and starting the shower. The heat from the water relaxed his strained muscles. He washed out his hair and turned the shower off. He pulled on the clothes he had grabbed and headed back out to the bedroom

Ethan had passed out on the bed, still in his clothes. His pain medication made him sleepy, and especially with the day's events. He had fallen asleep not too long after Raz got into the shower. He hadn't meant to sleep, it just sort of happened.

Raz smiled as he saw that Ethan had fallen asleep. He walked over to his side of the bed and sat on the edge, gently brushing aside hair that had fallen on his face. He caressed his cheek before leaning down and pressing a soft kiss to his lips. His phone rang in the living room and Raz stood up to quickly answer it. "Hello?"
"Hey Raz, I'm pretty sure I've got something on the guy who shot your boyfriend."
"Hey Jeremy, you do? What?"
"Uhm, before I tell you, you do know who Ethan is right?"
Raz sighed and sat on the couch "yeah I know,"
"He's not safe for you, what if he hurts you? What if he's using you?"
"He's not Jer, I know he's not."
Jeremy sighed "only if your sure-"
"Yes,"
"Alright,"
Jeremy told Raz what he had found. Raz nodded along and wrote a few things down on a piece of paper.
"Thank you so much Jer, I owe you"
"Of course and ya you do. I'll let you know if I find anything else out, stay safe, love ya Raz."
"Love you too Jer and thanks again," Raz hung up the phone and set aside the paper. he Sighed softly and shut his eyes for a second only to accidently fall asleep on the couch

Ethan jolted awake sometime after midnight. He noticed Raz wasnt next to him and was up in a hurry. He only relaxed upon finding him on the couch, fast asleep. He walked over amd gently scooped him up. He walked back to the bedroom and placed him in bed. He tucked him under the ckvers. He stripped down to his underwear before climbing in bed

Raz half awoke while Ethan carried him back to the bed, whining a bit in protest at being moved. Once he felt the bed shift because of Ethan's weight, he curled up next to him and nuzzled happily into his side

Ethan wrapped his arms around him, pulling him close. "Go back to sleep my love." He murmures.

Raz nodded tiredly and rested his head on Ethans shoulder "I love you Ethan," he mumbled, soon falling again with a content sigh.

Ethan smiled and kissed the top of his head softly. He closed his eyes and fell bavk asleep not too long after him

Raz shifted awake near 8:30 in the morning. He stretched beside Ethan and yawned. He opened his eyes looked up at Ethan, noticing for the first time that he didn't have much clothes on. Raz shook his head with a small laugh and at eased closer to Ethan for warmth. He lifted the sheets to check the stitches and trace around the scar. He stood up to find the ointment and damp towel from the bathroom. He sat back beside him amd gently patter the area with the towel before applying the ointment

Ethan woke up at some point while Raz was moving around. He stayed quiet and watched him. He brought up a hand to stroke his stomach softly as he worked on his stitches.

"Good morning devil," he murmured with a smile, whiping his hands on the towel and setting it aside to put in the bathroom later. "it's looking good so far," he said, propping his head on his arm as he watched Ethan

Ethan sat up as he finished. He smiled at Raz affectionately. "I love you." He said

"I love you too, devil." he murmured, leaning into Ethan with a smile "thank you for moving me from the couch.

"Of course my love. Want to tell me why you fell asleep in the couch?"

"oh, I was talking with an old friend of mine. You know how I said I had contacts? well, I've asked him to find anything he could on any recent shootings. He called me last night with a few leads but nothing that seemed too promising," his face fell slightly at the mention of having found essentially nothing. "but he said he'd call back if he found anything. I fell asleep after I talked to him on accident."

Ethan nodded amd cupped his cheek softly. "It will be okay my love. We'll figure it out in time." He kissed him softly. "Don't worry yourself with it."

He sighed softly and nodded "I always worry about you," he murmured softly, pressing into his hand and kissing his wrist "plus, I want to help find who did this too,"
