Cat watched the target for a moment before drawing back and taking aim. 'I'm to far back to hit it. The wind will make my arrow shift three inches to the left. The target is moving. Slowly sure, but it moves at random. Just like a deer… no, more like a herd.' She started moving, a slow crouched walk at first, that turned into a full sprint. The grass was a bit to tall so the first rock she came across she used as leverage. She one stepped off the rock drew back farther and fired. The arrow took to the air and hit near the edge of the target.
When the Sagitta spotted this, the light of the target mid-air was turned off but the target did not stop moving.
“As far as I’m concerned, your archery skills are impressive compared to most of the kingdom and is indeed more than worthy of the Sagittarius uniform” an arrow appeared in Sagitta’s hand when he was talking. He eyed his left side where the faraway target was before launching the arrow out using just wind, gust, and the force from his hand and hitting the moving target at full force, breaking it.
“I’ll report your results to General Syzen and we’ll see his response. If you want more practice with these targets, inform me and I’ll be here to help” he claimed before he started back towards the building.
Soon, Draco alongside Lata would reach the kingdom’s palace. He slowed down and landed gently before unlocking the ropes that held him and the seat base together. The base then disappeared.
“My duty, as for now, ends here. General Syzen is waiting for you in the meeting room at the end of the left hall past the first corridor” he explained.
Lata fell to her rear as the chair disappeared. She turned and looked at Draco, still unsure of him before nodding. Standing up, the teen made her way towards what she could only assume what the left hall. She looked around at the fancy architecture, the chizeled columns, the carved archways, the perfectly designed… everything. Eventually, she reached the end of the passage and stood before a door that was much larger than necessary. Not knowing what else to do, she knocked.

"Hey!" Cat called from where she was. "Make sure and tell him of the difference between the bows." She then started walking out to the targets to retrieve her arrows.
Xara opened the door to the library and smiled slightly, looking around. It was by far the best library she'd ever been in. There must have been thousands of books, and - there was someone else in the library. She scowled and immediately rushed behind a bookshelf.
The doors to the room opened up on their own somehow.
“Ah, Libra Lata, welcome” the seat with the Libra sign on it lit up as a uniform presumed to be Libra’s appeared behind the seats alongside a faint tab of color palettes.
“Please take a look at the gift I’ve prepared for you” he gestured to the uniform.
“Will do!” The Arrow constellation replied and headed inside the building.
From where Cat was she would spot a humanoid figure with what appears to be butterfly wings on their back.
Phoenix shot their head up when she heard someone come into the library but didn’t question it immediately. She then continued to work on her documents.
"Dang it, and I was hoping for a battle" Quebec sighed and looked at Matthew.
He got off the sidelines and walked inside the hall as he admired the beauty of the architecture.
“I think it was best if there wasn’t a battle, I’m not hoping for anyone to die just yet, you feel me?” Matthew followed Quebec into the building. They would come across a female in a blue armor with a snake shaped shoulder pad in the hall.
Plag raced through the tall grass and leaped onto Cat's shoulder. She stopped when she spotted the figure then kept walking. "You know it's not safe to be out on a range when people are shooting. If I wasn't accurate you might have gotten hurt," she said when she got close to the figure. She picked up one of her arrows and started towards the other targets.
Quebec looked up at the knight. He really didn't want any business with anyone so he planned to just merely walk by.
"Hey Matthew, how about we go explore Selas? Since it seems not every Zodiac is here and that guy in the meeting room has nothing else to say"
Xara scanned the shelves, carefully taking the books she needed. She wasn't entirely sure what she should be learning, but anything related to fighting seemed vaguely useful. With a stack of books nearly as tall as her in her arms, Xara went to sit down at one of the tables.
Luc pulled out a notebook and copied some pages into it. "You know, I'm from Qiryu, right?" He raised an eyebrow in Phenoix's direction.

Lata stepped closer to the outfit, looking it over. It was strange being assigned a uniform. It seemed crisp and new, the opposite of her current attire of comfortable clothes and worn boots. "Holy-" she started, cutting herself off before cursing. The girl cleared her throat before speaking again. "Wow, I don't know what to say really. Thank you."
The butterfly figure turned to Cat when she spoke.
“Oh, excuse me, I was just looking at these beautiful creatures” he looked at the bed of flower near his feet which had multiple species of butterflies on it.
“Majestic, aren’t they?”
Matthew shrugged.
“Sounds like a good idea to me. I heard they had a nice view of the other kingdoms up in the hill, maybe we can go up there?” He mentioned, eyeing the feminine figure as they passed by.
Phoenix glanced at the newcomer to the library once before turning back to Luc.
“Oh really? Well, if I disrespect your prince in some manner please don’t report me to him…” she giggled a little.
“To be honest though, his royal highness is so sweet in person” she brought up.
Syzen nodded.
“Well with that, you can try it on now. There is a field where you can train at down the corridor. After that you can test yourself at the field on the right hall of this corridor” he motioned in each direction as his words came out one by one.
"Considering I hit his highness with a book once, he probably wouldn't want me to talk to him." Luc laughed, not kidding.
Xara picked up the book on top of her stack and nearly dropped it, barely catching it and letting it slam on her finger. She opened the book with a quiet curse.

Phoenix smirked when he brought his story up.
“I mean…” she struggled to get her words out as she was trying her best not to laugh.
“Geez, how did you even get that close to him?”
Luc snorted.
"We studied together when we were younger. My papa was a lord and I was smart, so I was lucky enough to get a royal tutor."
Syzen nodded.

Lata nodded as well, though she hesitated. "My ability is less of a physical one. I'm… I'm not really sure how I'm here if I'm supposed to fight," she explained. She did end up taking part of the armor and examining it.

Cat looked at them for a moment, before shrugging and continuing on her way. "Just for future reference, stay on the other side of the range when it's in use. Which it likely will be used frequently because of king dinglehiem not knowing how to handle situations on his own."
Phoenix nodded.
“Makes sense” she replied.
“Ah, and… done!” She closed the document and stretched.
Syzen shook his head.
“It’s perfectly fine if you’re not the best at close physical combat, the Libra uniform wasn’t designed for that anyways” he explained as the armor glowed against the chandelier in the room.
The figure laughed a little.
“Alright, alright” he gestured his hand up and the butterflies flew up, landing on his shoulders. One of which, flew up and landed on Cat’s shoulder.
“You know who General Indas is, correct?”
The figure laughed a little.

"Quite frankly, don't know don't particularly care, but you're probably going to tell me who they are anyways," Cat shrugged shooing the butterfly off her shoulder before Plag could swipe it in half with his claws.
“Not necessarily but—“ the butterfly leached onto Cat’s neck “—I can tell you that I’m in his affiliation” black substances covered the man and once the substance dispersed, the man can be seen in a black armor with a butterfly design alongside their green and orange wings.
“The name’s Papillon Vessel if you’re gonna call me anything” the butterfly that leached onto Cat started injecting toxin into her and was definitely not going to be going away anytime soon.

Plag suddenly hissed and swiped at the butterfly narrowly missing Cat, and cleanly clawing the butterfly to bits. Cat was on high alert now, leaping away from the man and whipping out her bow with an arrow drawn back in seconds. "What do you want?" there was a threat in her voice. Not only did she have an arrow drawn back but she also had five other arrows in her draw hand.
