Brink crept up to the car and picked the lock, carefully not to set off the alarm. He jumped into the back seat and ducked down

He nodded and hid as the two got in their car. As that talked, brink slowly got out his knife and brought it around his sister's boyfriend's neck, lightly tracing it over "so, when were you going to tell me about this one Jack's?"
