“I wish I could wake up next to you every morning..” Rowan murmured, making a small breakfast out of the few things he had.

"hmm, that'd be amazing." He muttered, pressing a kiss to Rowan's neck

“It’s not fair.” He complained, handing Harrow his plate and cider and hopping up to sit on the counter while he ate.

Harrow ate next to him, nodding in thanks for the cider and breakfast "what isn't fair?" He asked, taking a sip of the drink

“Not being able to keep you all to myself.” He replied, eating and sipping his coffee.

He glanced up at him and smiled softly "love, I'm all yours. No one will claim a stake in my heart but you." He reassured,

Rowan leaned against him, sighing sadly. “But Zander..”

"what about him? We may be 'getting married' in 3 months but believe me, i dont love him. No ounce of me could." He reached up and kissed his cheek " you havey heart, baby. Only you."

“But he won’t let us be together..” Rowan murmured in reply, clinging to Harrow’s arm.

"He doesn't control me. Let him try to tear us apart." he said,, stroking his cheek gently "He won't get between us, ever."

“But he did already at the party. And he’s already manipulated your mom into thinking he’s a good person.” Rowan said quietly, taking the last bite of his food and nuzzling closer to Harrow. “I don’t want to lose you..”

"love, you will never lose me, no matter what happens." He said with a reassuring smile "he can try a million things and not one of them will bring me any closer to him."

Rowan nodded, leaning his head on Harrow’s shoulder. “Thank you..I love you.”

He smiled and kissed his cheek "I love you more, dear."

“Not possible.” Rowan giggled softly, cheering up a bit. He sighed and took their dishes to the sink, not feeling like dealing with them at the moment. There was about 30 minutes before he had to leave for work. He took Harrow’s hand gently and pulled him into a hug.

Harrow wrapped him in a secure embrace and kissed his head, nuzzling into his neck gently

“I just want to stay home..” He whimpered, soaking in Harrow’s warmth and leaning into him.

"I'd love nothing more to stay here with you but we have work." He said softly, lips brushing against Rowan's earlobe

“I know..I just want to keep hugging you.” He said, acting abnormally clingy.

"we have a few more minutes before we have to go. We can stay like this if you'd like." He said, glancing at his watch

“I have to get ready..” Rowan sighed, standing up and lingering with Harrow for a second before walking slowly back to his bedroom and finding some clothes to put on.

Harrow smiled softly as he watched the other leave and hopped down from the counter. Having already dressed, he decided to make himself useful by washing the dishes

Rowan finished getting ready as quick as he could and walked back out to Harrow. “Thank you, dear.” He said cheerfully, wrapping his arms around him.

“Yes please.” Rowan murmured, taking Harrow’s hand and leading him all over the room while he grabbed his stuff.

Harrow followed him happily, glancing around the apartment as he was led around

“Okay, let’s go.” Rowan smiled, leaning over to kiss his cheek. He locked the door behind them and swung their arms as they walked downstairs.

He laughed softly and nodded "lead the way." he leaned his head on his shoulder

They walked a couple minutes to the cafe and Rowan turned to Harrow, pulling him into a tight hug, whimpering softly.
