Okay…

  1. Is it normal to be so fricking uncomfortable with a parent that you literally don't even want to be by them? Like, you can feel your mood change when you're with them and you're much happier when they're gone and you're just uncomfortable and don't want to talk to them?

  1. That is me with my dad, I never ever feel safe around him. No it's not normal, try going to the police or a help line if you can't (Oh god I'm shaking why am I shaking) or decide that you don't like the popo.
  2. You are Miriam, amazing imaginative fierce and wonderful.

I can't do that, she's my only parent and she hasn't done anything wrong except emotionally and verbally abuse me

I don't know but I don't feel like I'm doing the right… thing. Ever.

Well I know this isn't much help but your heart is always in the right place, and you can always find that thing later in life

Community service? Or do something nice for someone, even if it's really small. Cliche, but a lot of times it does help, especially if taking time for yourself doesn't.

Seeing how you help others makes you happier, and it has other various benefits that I can't remember, but there were studies and such done, plus you get out of your head
