Sorin put a hand on his cheek and stroked it with his thumb, all the while he was floating around. "Better?"
Sorin put a hand on his cheek and stroked it with his thumb, all the while he was floating around. "Better?"
"A little, yeah." Cas leaned into Sorin's hand, closing his eyes.
The light bouncing off the water and hitting Cas's face and eyes made him smile."You look amazing at this angle, by the way."
"Bitch, I look great from every angle." Cas laughed and kissed Sorin again.
(Lmao XD)
"Fair point," he smiled against his lips and kissed him back.
(Cas is great lol)
"I love you…" He mumbled, kissing Sorin's jaw gently.
(he is)
"I love you too…"
"So… how and when are we getting back? I'm literally freezing right now."
"Oh right," Sorin floated to shore as he held onto him tight. He gently placed Cas to the side and made sure to walk at least a few feet away from him to shake off the excess water from his wings without splashing him.
Cas crossed his arms over his chest, shaking violently with his teeth chattering. His wet tail and ears hung heavily, dripping with water.
Though they weren't completely dry, his wings were in good enough condition for flight. He ran over to Cas and covered him with his flannel and made him put on his sweatpants. Sorin didn't mind the cold, despite him being sensitive to it, as he was already use to it.
Cas was still shaking hard enough to shake Sorin as well when he was picked up, his wet hair plastered to his forehead. He sneezed a couple times, huddling close to Sorin for warmth.
"Probably shouldn't have let you swim…" He shot up into the air, Cas's clothes in hand, and struggled not to shake as he flew to the manor.
"It's c-cold out here…" Cas stuttered, wishing he'd dry off faster.
Sorin ran into the manor and up the stairs, ignoring the strange looks he got from the servants, Kyoko, and some random woman he's never seen before. He was pretty sure he dripped water everywhere and felt a little guilty knowing that the maids had to wipe it up, but he had other priorities.
He grabbed a few towels to dry him off and a change of clothes as well as a few blankets.
Cas sat up on the bed, shivering and huddled up in towels. He kept his eyes closed, exhaling shakily.
Sorin took off all his wet clothes and dried him off. He helped him put on his change of clothes, a thick sweater and sweatpants, and wrapped him up and blankets.
Cas seemed a little less cold, but he still wanted to huddle close to Sorin. He crawled into his lap, his purring a bit raspy.
Sorin pulled him close, wrapping his arms around him while resting his chin on the top of his head.
Cas didn't react when he heard the door open, no longer caring who came in. He tensed up to try and get his shivers to subside.
"Sorin?" Kyoko looked at the two of them curiously as she walked in, a blonde woman tailing after her which made him tilt his head slightly. "What happened? Why are there wet clothes all over the floor?"
Sorin ignored her and just narrowed his eyes on the woman standing behind her, who looked uneasy as she looked around.
Cas gave up and let his shivering resume, not looking up at Kyoko. With the situation, Cas looked either cold or scared, so it was pretty obvious they weren't just having sex. Not to mention, his hair and ears were still clearly wet.
"You went swimming in that lake didn't you?" Kyoko crossed her arms and when neither of them said anything, she shook her head. "I knew it. Idiots, it's freaking fifty degrees outside!"
"B-But… but it was f-fun though…" Cas stammered quietly. "Other than the fact that I c-can't swim…"
"Wow. That…That makes it so much better," she chuckled to herself and turned around to the woman behind her, who was slightly taller. "See? Told you. They're idiots." The woman only smiled.
"Who's that?" Cas eyed the newcomer warily, still trembling from the cold.
Sorin wrapped a blanket around him and held him.
"This, is Amelia," she held the woman's hand. "She's my wife. The reason she wasn't here the passed few days was because she was taking care of the whole… Veronica situation." She jerked her chin to Sorin subtly knowing he would understand.
"Berenice." Sorin corrected to which Kyoko rolled her eyes.
"And turns out everything I told you was a load of baloney. She doesn't want stupid territory, she wants you. Which brings me to my next point," she looked her wristwatch. "You have exactly… four minutes to pack up and go home before she comes here." There was no other emotion other than happiness in her features.
"What?! You couldn't have given us any more notice??" Cas jumped up and started gathering their things, seeming flustered.
"What the fuck, Kyoko?" He scrambled to grab all the things he could and stuffed them in the bag as quick as he could.
"Yeah, I told her the same thing," The woman– Amelia's voice sounded posh when she spoke.
"Hey, it's their fault that they decided to leave."
"Well, she was gonna kill us back at Sorin's place too and he decided to come here!" Cas finished putting his stuff in his bag, not forgetting the cat toys. He didn't own much. "How are we supposed to get out of here?!"
