(It's alright! I'll have my response up soon!)
(kk)
"Oh! Yeah sure! I'm sorry!"
He says quickly getting up, holding a hand out to her. He didn't particularly want to go inside. He didn't want to leave the light hit he would have to if he didn't want his anxiety kicking him the face.
i should tell her that i would need to go…..that would probably be a good thing to do.
He thinks to himself as he helps her up.
"Just so you know….ill have to go through. I can't deal with the room"
He says with a nervous smile.
"It's alright" she replied, beginning to walk to the doors, hoping he'd follow her.
She turned around again when she heard her speak, a small smile crossing her face. "We can go wherever. The common room was just a suggestion" she replied, hoping he was okay with her response and she wasn't being too overbearing.
Stepping towards her, he looks to his feet then back at her.
"Yeah, we can go now"
He says with a smile as he takes a deep breath in, and walking into the building, tapping his finger on the side of his leg nervously.
Once inside, he turns around with a dead-serious expression.
"Goodness he was getting on my nerves"
He says in his half and half British, accent dusting off his hands and his shirt as if it were filthy.
She looked up at him when he turned around, her face an amazing red colour that made her gorgeous blue eyes pop. “Who is this?” She asked, hoping the question wouldn’t annoy this personality. She wanted to know all of them, but she also didn’t want to be overbearing
"Levi…..just Levi. Do not call me anything more, nor anything less. And I beleive we mightve met before, but Im not quite sure. If I remember correctly"
He says searching his pockets for his cloth, cursing himself, or James, for not bringing it.
“It might've been possible. Were you the first one I met when entering the cafeteria?” She asked politely, biting her lips gently as she tried to remember any of his mannerisms so she could easily identify him later. “Oh and also, hello Levi, my name is Erica” she replied to his earlier statement
"Yes i believe so, and nice to meet you I guess"
He says looking around the cafeteria, then back at her.
"So, why'd you want to come in here? James was enjoying his time put there with you"
He says with a slightly teasing smile, though not directed towards her, but to James. He usually didn't tease, but he was in a good mood today.
She blushed harshly when she said he'd enjoyed spending time with her, her cheeks turning a light pink before she looked down nervously. This personality made her blush for no reason at all and she was getting a little upset that she couldn't figure out why. "It's a bit warm out there in the afternoon, so I suggested inside so we could stay cool" she replied, her voice shakey as her hands began to tremble due to the meds they'd loaded her up on.
Looking down at her hands, then back up at her pink face.
"Are you okay? I know they can go a little overboard with the meds here"
He says rubbing his temples for a minute with a slight chuckle. He definitely had his fair share of meds.
"Yeah, just 'normal' side effects they said," she replied, glancing up at him before pressing her palms on her pants and rubbing them down to calm the tremor.
"It really sucks. I just hope I'm not too different of a person when I'm on the meds than off of them" she replied, knowing she was a little more paranoid which took up a lot of her personality when she was off her meds.
"Okay…."
He says simply. He didn't know how to deal with people to much. They would never know their boundaries and either touches him and he would flip, or they were too scared to talk to him. She was different though. But that didn't change the fact that he was awkward with people. And he could sometimes come off a bit rude, which got most people to hate him. He would usually just say what was on his mind and apparently, that got people offended and hurt? Who knew…. People are weird.
"Yea…"
She rubbed her arm nervously, the social anxiety taking its own control It felt like her tonsils were swelling up so much she couldn't breathe and she began to hyperventilate, but she didn't want to let him see her like this. It normally scared anybody, even other patients, away from her, not wanting to have a wheezing friend around all the time who could have a panic attack from laughing too hard. She turned away, coughing up a lung as she tried to regain her breath, her face turning red as she tried to hold coughs in. "Fuck" she sputtered, kneeling down as she fumbled for her inhaler.
"S-s-sorry…"
Extremely confused by what was happening, but quickly figuring out with further thinking and examination, he stands up and steps over to her.
"Are you……are you okay?*
He says looking down at the girl as he towered over her.
She coughs for a bit longer nefore being able to regain control of her breathing, her face a bright, tomato red as she turned to look up at him. “Y-yeah… just a coughing fit is all” she muttered in response, wiping the tears in her eyes that came from the panic that’d flooded her system for the past 3 minutes
"Here let me help. Do you have an inhaler?"
He says standing up as he looked down at her. He didn't usually know what to do with people like this. And he usually didn't like people helping him during a panic attack.
She finally got hold of the inhaler when she asked, holding it towards him to show him she had it and then taking a long puff, her eyes fluttering closed as she took a long inhale to receive the meds.
Letting out a sigh of releif as she showed him that she had the inhaler then taking it. He had one of his own, but it was only for anxiety. He didnt have asthma, but he wasnt sure if thats what she had either. Though if she was stressed out he was confused. They seemed to be having a great time. Though one can most definetly have anxiety while having fun. It was too easy.
So he wasnt about to quiestion anything or be confused about it. If it was anyone who could understand, it would be him.
She regained complete control of her breathing once again, smiling at him nervously. She hoped he wouldn’t ask about it or be scared of her or thinks she was disgusting. She really enjoyed hanging out with him and getting to know his personalities. He seemed amazing, even the personalities he thought to be insane or troublesome. All of this was just proving her thoughts on him before when she had a crush on him and didn’t know much about him at all. Not to mention, he was quite handsome
"Are you okay?"
He says reaching out his left gloved hand for her to grab ahold of so he could help her up. His ungloved hand shoved in his pocket as he looked down at her.
She took his gloved hand carefully, standing up slowly just to make sure her knees wouldn’t turn to jelly underneath her. “I’m fine” she muttered, smiling thankfully up at him as she stood up straight, her hand thoughtlessly still not letting go of his.
Looking down at her hand is his, he wasn't used to an actual hand in his, but he didn't really mind since he had a glove on.
Looking back up at her, he forced a smile, though it seemed extremely real.
"No problem. Does that happen often?"
He says not letting go of her hand, though not exactly holding it either.
She let her hand drop to her side, her eyes falling to the ground. She sighed softly, chuckling nervously. “What would you do if I said yes?” She asked, hoping he wouldn’t leave if she confessed to the fact that it happened more than she could ever want it to
"I would say "it be like that sometimes" then walk away"
He says sarcastically, but in a kind of playful manner.
"No, it happens to me a lot too, don't worry. Though i don't have asthma"
He says with a slight chuckle, running his left hand through his hair, sweeping it out of the way if his eyes.
She laughed back at his sarcasm, her eyes glittering in the hallway lights. “I don’t have asthma, actually. It’s weird but all of that just then was a panic attack” she said with mock proudness, smirking at him playfully in response to his chuckle
"oh, i apologize greatly for assuming. I wont question it if you would like"
He says adjusting the collar of his shirt as he glances down at the ground, then back up at the girl.
"well we should get going. Music therapys up next"
He says with an eyeroll.
"you?"
She dusted her own hands off mindlessly, her minor OCD kicking in for a moment before looking up at him again. “It’s alright, people assume a ton when you’re in a mental hospital” she replied, laughing softly before chewing on the inside of her lip.
“Yeah. I like music, but not when it’s being ruined for use of us to ‘get our sillies out!’” She whined, placing a extremely fake, slightly scary smile on her lips as her voice became higher, imitating the nurses’ voice that observed them at the music therapy
"Well….im guessing you love it?"
He says jokingly once again. He actually was usually very nice and fun unless someone does something incorrectly. Then he's actually quite rude.
He smiled slightly at her as he started to walk down the hallway with her, towards music therapy.
She scoffs, rolling her eyes before looking over at him, tilting her head up to look him in the eye for a second before looking away again when she felt her face begin to flush. “Wanna sit with me for the half an hour of torture?” She asked, hoping he’d say yes
