After buying his little present, Harrow headed back to his apartment and changed for the date. He changed into a black button down shirt and black dress pants, hoping he wasn't overdressing. He brushed his hair to the side, his white highlight showing through. He didn't know where to put the small box wrapped in a red bow so he just held it in his hand, waiting for 7:00 to come

At around 6:45, Rowan got in his car and drove over to Harrows apartment.
which apartment is actually yours??? He texted frantically, still sitting in his car.
He glanced down at his phone and laughed softly "two blocks away from the cafe, the one with green sidings. I'll be standing outside." he replied, standing and grabbing his jacket from the hook and heading out the door
Rowan spotted him from where he was parked and got out of the car. He walked over to him and grinned, taking his hands. “Hi, darling.”
He smiled and kissed his hand "hi, dear. So are you finally gonna tell me where we're going or not yet?"
“Just get in the car!” Rowan giggled, “we’re having dinner first.” He added, leading Harrow over to the car and opening his door for him.
"fine, fine. And thank you, such a gentleman." He giggled lightly and buckled in
Rowan grinned and winked, getting into his seat and pulling out of the parking lot. He reached over and took Harrows hand as they drove, eventually pulling in next to a fairly high-end restaurant.
Harrow's eyes widened "this is amazing, how did you get reservations here?" He asked, whipping around to look at Rowan in disbelief
“They like me.” Rowan shrugged with a giggle. “My dad would always come here for business meetings and bring me along when I was little.” He said, walking around to Harrows side of the car and opening his door for him.
He smiled up at him “thank you once again my gentleman.” He glanced up at the restaurAnt with excitment
Rowan leaned over and kissed his cheek. “My pleasure.” He took Harrows hand and walked into the restaurant with him, immediately getting led to a table by the hostess.
He glanced around in growing amazement "definitely worth the wait," he muttered, keeping his hand in Rowan's even after they sat down.
“I’m glad I can impress you.” Rowan laughed softly, squeezing his hand. He looked over the menu, occasionally glancing up at Harrow with a light smile.
Harrow smiled and glanced down at the menu, the reflection of the dimmed lamps above reflecting in his eyes and hair as he searched for something both reasonable in price and delicious to eat. He glanced up and caught Rowan watching him. He winked then went back to searching the menu
“I’m paying by the way, if that wasn’t clear. Order whatever you want.” Rowan murmured, taking a sip of water.
"I know, so you're fine with me ordering a hundred dollar lobster plate?" He asked, teasingly. He closed the menue and set it aside
“If it makes you happy.” Rowan gazed across at him. “I’m allowing myself to spoil you tonight.” He laughed quietly.
He blushed softly and shook his head "I hate lobster all it tastes like is butter." He smiled at him and pointed to a chicken dish "I'll take chicken over seafood any day."
“I’m not a big fan of lobster either, but I still get to spoil you in any way I can.” He giggled, ordering his food when the waiter came around.
He rolled his eyes playfully "fine, but that means I can do the same. After the waiter walked off with their orders, harrow slid the box he had hidden away towards Rowan
Rowan looked confused at first, then in shock as he glanced back up at Harrow. “Wh-what is this? Why-what?” He spluttered, his fingers brushing against Harrows as he took the box gently.
"a surprise. Open it." He encouraged, both excited and nervous

Rowan let out a soft, “oh” as he gazed down at the dark beads. “This is beautiful..thank you.” He smiled, flooding with happiness and affection for Harrow. Rowan slipped the bracelet onto his right arm, still admiring it. He glanced up at Harrow and sighed happily, taking his hand.

"Your welcome, I'm glad you like it." He smiled up at Rowan and squeezed his hand gently, his nervousness gone, replaced by ever growing love for the other
Rowan tilted his head as he gazed lovingly at Harrow. “I love it.” He murmured, momentarily forgetting his surroundings as he took in the others presence.
Harrow gazed back before glancing up as food arrived. He thanked the waitress and started to eat
