Alpha leaned into Cassie’s hand as her tears began to subside. “I haven’t cried about Aliza since she killed herself.” Her voice was small and quivering as she spoke. Her red hair hanging in front of her pale face.

And what if it’s my fault?” She just finished when she heard footsteps and saw her dad appear in the doorway (I’m gonna ruin it. I have to.) Concern flooding his face at what he saw.

Cassie cursed under her breath. Of course, Alpha's parents were probably much better to talk to than she was. Slowly, she stood up and started for the door to give Alpha and her father a minute.

It looks important.” Ze’evs deep voice filled the room and he turned and walked downstairs. Alpha then walked over to Cassie, catching her arm. “Wait!” She looked at the girl and then kissed her.

Cassie gasped in shock, widening her eyes and sharply pulling away. "I'm - I'm so sorry, I - stars. I need a minute to think," she stammered, sitting on the bed and staring at the floor, eyes still wide.

Alpha ran down the stairs and calmly walked over to her parents. What did you do? She hates you now! What fucking idiot! She out in a fake smile as she entered the group of adults hoping they wouldn’t notice her tear stained cheeks.

(Okie, so… all the parents are taken, my character's sibling is dead, Twix really can't have any siblings, but any of the other characters can have a sibling if they're okay with that!)

(XD I think a sibling of Alpha would work best simply by deduction… but that choice is yours and possibly Gracie's, too)

Karina simply nodded. "Bingo. All I am is who I am assumed and appear to be," she huffed, staring at her hands. She was trying to keep calm, but the reality of it all was stupid. Infuriating yet saddening.

"Are you… okay?" Aquila asked, the gravity of the question hitting him. Never did he imagine himself consoling the daughter of Linh Cinder. A genuine curiosity slipped into his next question, "And how would you like to be defined?"

(gasps dude I just thought of something…….I wanna do a child of Sybil! Idk why the heck they'd be at the gathering, but I can figure something out…maybe they know who he is and want to keep an eye on him?)
