Winter groaned. "Really?" He said, sighing.
Winter groaned. "Really?" He said, sighing.
She nodded cheerfully, seeming a bit too excited. "Mhm!"
He sighed, banging his head against the wall of a nearby building. "Why?"
"You look interesting," she took a step closer to him. "And I just want to know what's behind the mystery," She grinned.
He groaned. "Nothing. There is absolutely nothing interesting about me." He said crankily. Liar liar pants on fire. He thought. Shut up!
She crossed her arms and pointed a finger at him. She started to spout questions, not even pausing for him to actually respond. "Why is your hair white? Why are you denying your mystery? Is it too painful? Do you have a girlfriend? Is she mean?" she continued on and on
"My hair is white because it is. I have no mystery. Not applicable. No. Not applicable." He replied to her first few questions, then stopped with a sigh, crossing his arms as he waited for her to stop rambling.
She finally stopped and put her hand on his shoulder (like Miles with Gwen! (sorry)) "Listen, buddy. I know who you are," she paused because she felt like she needed to sneeze, but didn't
Winter's eyes flickered. "No, you don't." He replied, shaking her hand off. "You don't know a thing about me. Now leave me alone." (Lol)
"You're a guy who's seen a little bit too much, am I right?" In truth, she had no idea what she was talking about
Winter's eyes narrowed. "No. I think you drank too much."
"You drank too much!" She laughed, slightly swaying with the wind. "Why do you want to be alone? Are you hiding something?"
Winter groaned. "Because I don't like you! Go away!"
She narrowed her eyes. "Well, no one else likes you either, you cold-blooded asshat! I'm trying to be nice!"
He sighed. "What do you want?" He asked, crossing his arms again.
"I want to help you. To be your friend," She said the last sentence hesitantly.
He hesitated for a long moment. "I don't do friends." He said slowly. "Sorry."
"But I'd be a great friend!" She whined, starting to cry a little bit again. "People always tell me I'm a great friend!"
Winter groaned again. "Please stop." He said.
She clasped her hands together like she was praying. "Pleeeeease? I'm much cooler when I'm sober, I promise!"
"Then you should have approached me sober!" He replied.
"I was nervous!" She stretched her words out, making her sound like a whiny child. "You wouldn't understand!"
He laughed. "Try me." He replied, shaking his head slightly.
She straightened her posture. "Well, you're slightly intimidating," she hiccuped. "So I had to unwind before I talked to you-"
Winter sighed. "Maybe you shouldn't have talked to me, then. If I'm so intimidating."
"I'm more intimidating than you," she pointed to herself and smiled. "You're like a bunny!" She giggled, unaware that she just contradicted herself.
Winter shook his head. "Whatever you need to tell yourself." He muttered.
Astra got closer to him. "Now, what are you hiding?"
"Nothing! Can you leave me alone, please?" He demanded, crossing his arms.
She shook her head. "Sorry, you're just too interesting!"
