Sorin walked under the stairway, where a door present. He opened it, revealing the two dumbbells on the carpeted floor he forgot to put up the morning before. He picked them up and put them on the rack before taking off his shirt His tattoo began to glow, from his bicep then down to his wrist. Angels were to be active daily to fuel it-as it was, in a way, their heart. Sorin monitored it as he got on his bench press, making sure it pulsed like it was suppose to.
Cas dropped the toys on the floor and watched as the yarn started rolling away. He purred lowly and crouched down, running after it. At one point, he slid across the ground and knocked over a lamp, freezing up at the sudden loud noise.
Sorin's heart dropped to his stomach. He dropped the weights down and ran out the room. "What was that? Are you okay?"
Cas looked up at Sorin as he entered the room. He was on his hands and the balls of his feet, his ears were turned back, and his fluffed up tail was tucked between his legs. His eyes flicked over to the ball of yarn still rolling across the floor, then to the fallen lamp, and finally back up to Sorin. "Uh…"
Sorin glanced at the lamp then looked at Cas. He slid down to his knees in front of him and held both of his hands. "Are you hurt?" he examined his arms making sure nothing cut him.
Cas crawled over to Sorin, his ears still turned back. "No… I-I think I'm fine…" He relaxed against Sorin, his tail gradually smoothing itself down.
Sorin stroked his hair and pulled him closer. "Well, i'm happy to hear that you are. Be careful when running around here, okay? There are some items here that won't be much fun to break." He thought about the many antiques he brought over from Auriya. The mirror he kept on the wall beside the stairs, the Dellian glass mask he kept in his trophy case-magical items that could hurt him.
Cas nodded, purring softly. "I'm sorry I knocked over the lamp… I don't think it's broken." He glanced over at the lamp, which luckily seemed to be fine. He pulled himself into Sorin's lap and lay his head on his shoulder.
Sorin turned around in attempt to hide his blush. "I know… I just," he looked at him. "Just be careful."
"Okay…" Cas let his ears come back up, and they brushed against Sorin's jaw. He curled his tail around the both of him and closed his eyes, still purring.
Sorin held onto him-his entire face heating up, his heart beating against his chest, ready to pop out at any moment. Though he knew it was something out of his control, he couldn't harbor any feelings for him. That would be betrayal yet, he still held onto him.
"Are you okay? Your heart's beating pretty fast…" Cas pulled away and gently lay his hand on Sorin's chest, examining it curiously.
"Oh no, i'm okay," Sorin laughed nervously.
Cas lay his head against Sorin's chest, listening to his heartbeat with a soft purr. "Is it from exercising?"
"Alrighty." Cas left his head on Sorin's chest, hugging him. He seemed to like being close to people; at least when he trusted them.
"You're beautiful," the words poured out of his mouth, too quick for him to stop. "One of the most beautiful creatures i've ever encountered."
Cas's blush came back fast and hard, and he hid his face in Sorin's chest. "Th-Thanks… I find you attractive as well…" He replied nervously.
"Thank you," he smiled softly.
Cas hesitated before pushing his head up against Sorin's to show affection, purring. His tail swished across the floor behind him.
Sorin gently kissed his temple.
Cas blushed harder and meowed quietly like before, looking up at Sorin curiously. His tail never stopped moving.
Sorin trailed light kisses down his face and a peck on his nose.
Cas's flustered meows gradually turned into purrs and he closed his eyes contentedly, letting Sorin have his way with him.
Sorin lifted his chin up and brought his face closer to his, kissing him softly despite his mind protesting it.
Cas opened his eyes in surprise at first, but soon relaxed and closed them again, letting it happen. He wrapped his arms around Sorin's neck and his legs around his waist, kissing him back. He was unable to keep his purring from continuing.
Sorin knew what he was doing meant betraying her but he couldn't stop, didn't try to. He put a hand on the side of Cas's face, stroking his ear and cheek.
Cas shivered when Sorin touched his ear, as they were very sensitive. His purring grew louder, and his tail swayed.
Sorin broke away, his temple now touching his as he held his hand.
Cas decided to just keep quiet and hold Sorin's hand. Well, as quiet as he could be… he still couldn't stop his purring.
