Tolly adjusted his grip slightly as he opened the door, then set Cas down on his bed. "I'm getting the first aid kit, I'll be back in a second," He said, walking quickly into the bathroom.
Tolly adjusted his grip slightly as he opened the door, then set Cas down on his bed. "I'm getting the first aid kit, I'll be back in a second," He said, walking quickly into the bathroom.
He nodded a d lifted his shirt to find his abdomen and chest darkly bruised. He groaned in pain as he tried to touch one of the marks and curled up on the bed, facing the wall.
Tolly found the first aid kit and quickly worked his way back into the bedroom, growling when he saw the bruises across Cas' chest. "Baby, can you lay flat on the bed? You have a salve in here for bruises."
Cas glanced up and nodded, turning on his side so he layed on his back. "There should be some bandage wrapped in the cabinet too." He said weakly
"Yeah, I grabbed it while I was in the bathroom." Tolly pulled out the salve and went to work, spreading it carefully across the bruises. "Do you know the names of the guys that did this?"
Cas sighed in relief as Tollys warmth and the salve relieved the aching of the bruises. "Some, I had advance classes with them."
"What are their names?" Tolly managed a small smile as Cas seemed to relax, moving to one of the darker bruises on his stomach.
Cas grimaced in pain. "Swear that to won't go after them. Please Tolly, I don't want you more involved with this." He pleaded
"Cas, look what they did to you." Tolly traced a finger over the bruises with a dark look before he went back to applying the salve. "I can't just let them get away with this."
He shiver slightly as Tolly traced the bruise "I know, and they won't get away with this but for now just don't engage with them. It'll just make things worse."
Tolly frowned and sighed, but he eventually nodded softly and moved to the bruises on Cas' arms. "Fine, but you have to at least call the police on these guys. This is assault."
"they won't do anything. I need to call Mom and Dad, they'll figure things out." He reasoned, picking his head up to look around the room
"Cas they already did something. You need to make them pay for it." Tolly set down the salve and started bandaging his wrists, movements quick and practiced. "Your phone's in the living room, I'll grab it for you when I'm done."
"and what's that gonna do, hm? Keep away for a year until they come.e back with guns instead of bats?" Cas shook his head "it's just a circle that never ends until ones heart stood beating." He muttered
"Jail time for aggravated assault can get you up to twenty years, especially with destruction of property thrown in. And anyways, they deserve it." Tolly moved to the other wrist, tying off the bandages with a sigh. "But… it's your life. If you don't want to press charges, I won't push it."
CAs pressed a gentle hand to Tolly's cheek, touched by his concern "I assure you, well do one better than a mere twenty years in prison." He said softly
Tolly leaned into the touch, eyes fluttering closed for a few seconds. He pulled away soon after and leaned down to rest his head on Cas' shoulder. "I trust you, Cas. I just hate seeing you like this."
Cas smiled softly wrapped his arms around Tolly's, grimacing in pain as he shifted, "I know, but at least we get to see my parents sooner, they'll love to learn about the shop and if you."
Tolly laughed bitterly, pushing Cas back down to the bed. "Don't strain yourself. And… this isn't exactly how I wanted to meet your parents, Honey."
Cas relaxed Into the bed and smiled softly "don't worry, they'll love you. Especially after they hear about what happened."
Tolly sighed and straightened up."Yeah, I guess you're right. I'll grab your phone, don't hurt yourself while I'm gone!" He walked into the living room.
Cas nodded and closed his eyes, exhausted from struggling at the shop and meant ally weary about the destruction that has to be fixed soon
Tolly returned quickly, sitting down on the bed beside him. He nudged Cas gently. "Hey, Honey, I brought you your phone." He handed it over. "Time to call your parents and tell them what happened."
Cas sat up with a grunt and nodded, pulling up his mom's phone number and waiting a bit "hi Mom, is dad there with you? I need to talk to both of you."
Tolly settled on the bed, leaning against the frame as Cas talked to his parents. He reached over to hold Cas' hand and offered him a small smile.
He smiled Back and laced their fingers together as he told his parents about the shop and about Tolly. He did some explaining about the potion that Tolly had taken as well. He let them talk in between, hoping they weren't too mad.
Tolly relaxed a bit as Cas talked, quietly starting to cuddle into his side as the conversation went on. He tried not to pay too much attention to what was happening so Cas could have his privacy.
Cas went quiet for a few moments while his mother talked before handing over the phone to tolly "she wants to talk with you,"
Tolly panicked slightly but took the phone, squeezing Cas' hand a little tighter out of nervousness. "Hello, Ma'am. I'm Antolya Lucovitch, your son probably called me Tolly. It's nice to meet you."
Cas' mother's heartfelt laugh could be heard over the phone "dear, call me Lia, no need for formalities." She said gently "and yes, Castellon did tell me about you, more than you heard on the phone." Another small laugh "I'm glad my son found some who truely makes him happy, we'll be glad to meet you tomorrow evening."
