"I don't care if I'm uncomfortable. I care if I'm with you." Raz muttered, burrying his face in Ethan's neck "fine, I'll sleep at home but you do realize im gonna stick to you like glue when you get home right?"

Ethan smiled down at him. "Thank you love. I'll give you the number to call in a little while if you want him with you." He nuzzled his hair. "I know love. I wouldn't have it any other way."

Raz nodded and shut his eyes for a blissfully moment. He knew Ethan was right,he wouldn't be able to handle sleeping in this place for long, the smell and sounds of a hospital making him jumpy and anxious.

Etjan closed his eyes, resting against Raz. He nuzzled the top of his head. It wasn't hard for hik to fall asleep.

Raz managed to get some sleep for a few hours before the doctors came in to check on Ethan. They maneuvered around Raz easily as they check Ethans vitals and asked him some questions.

Ethan woke up when the doctors came in to check on him. He was quiet and tried not to move too much so he didn't wake up raz

Raz woke up to a hand shaking his shoulder. "Hm?" He glanced up at the doctor and sat up. After answering a few questions, he stepped aside with Jax

Ethan sighed and frowned at tge loss of contact. He wanted to lat with Raz forever. He pushed that thought aside as he answered the doctors

Raz left to find some food for Jax, leaving the dog in the room while he went to the cafeteria. Jax manuevered past the doctors and layed next to Ethan, tucking his head between his arm and side

Ethan smiled as Jax joined hik on the bed. He cuddled up next to the puppy. He spoke with the doctors and let them do their thing. He waoted impatiently for Raz to come back

Raz made his way back to the room with some food for both him and Ethan along with some chicken for Jax. "Alright, I found soup, and what looks to be salad? Don't know. Which one do you want?" Raz asked, letting the doctors walk out. He sat on the bed cross legged. Jax shifted so his head was in Raz's lap. "Yes, I got some food for you too, handsome boy."

"I'll take the soup." Ethan said. He took it from him and started to eat small bites from it. He leaned into Raz with a smile. "I love you."

He kissed him softly "I love you too," he smiled and started to eat the salad and feeding Jax his chicken "is the soup good?" He asked Ethan

Ethan smiled down at him. "Not at all. It's bland." He leamed his head against Raz's shoulder. He yawned quietly. His medication was making him sleepy.

He smiled softly and kissed his head "what's your friend's phone number?" He reached up and gently stroked his hair "Sleepy my beautiful love?"

Ethan told him the number in a sleepy voice. He nkdded his head. "Its the meds. Make me tired." He tawned again

He laughed softly "Get some rest devil, I'll come and see you in the morning." He stood up and nudged jax off his leg. He walked over to Ethan's side of the bed and kissed him slowly, he could taste the soup on his lips along with the sweet undertaste of Ethan himself

Ethan kissed him back happily. He didn't want Raz to leave him but he knew it was better if he went back home. "I love you."

He smiled "I love you too devil, come home to me." He gave him one last kiss before squeezing his hand gently "want Jax to stay with you? I'm sure he wouldn't mind doing nothing for a week."

Ethan smiled amd shook his head. "No, jax should go home with you. He shouldn't be stuck in this place."

Raz nodded "I'll be back in the morning." He reasured before taking jax's leash and heading out the door "I love you Ethan." He said softly before shutting the door and exiting the hospital

"I love you too." Ethsn murmured. Not long after Raz had left, he passed out into a dreamless sleep

Raz called the phone number Ethan had given him "uhm, hello. My name's Raz. Ethan told me to call you if I felt unsafe?"

A throaty and rough voice responded to the phone call. "Ethan, you said? Who are you to him?" The man asked, eyebrows drawn.

"His boyfriend." He said softly, heading up the stairs to their apartment and shutting the door behind him and Jax. He sighed at the vacancy of the home without Ethan

"Send me your address." The man hung up after that.

Raz glanced down at his phone and typed in the address to his recently called. He fed Jax a proper meal and took the time alone to shower and get dressed. He chose one of Ethan's shirts and long pijama pants

Not much longer, a man knocked on the door. He was a large and gruff man, even bigger than Ethan was. "I am Alecander." He said in his deep voice. He walked inside and took a look around. "What is the threat?"

Raz hugged himself and shook his head "theres no threat now, not anymore. Ethan just wanted to make sure the gunman wasn't still hanging around anymore." He waved to the couch and blankets. "You can sleep there. There's food in the fridge if you get hungry. the bathroom is around the corner. If you need anything elseI'll be in my room. Oh and that's Jax." he pointed to the husky that was eating before heading to the door to his bedroom "If at anytime you want to leave, it's okay. I get it if you don't want to be here, you probably have better things to do anyways than be here."
