Skye blushed even more,so much that you could see it despite his dark skin.

Jay smiled as him. He didn't say anymore.

Skye hummed softly as he worked, adoing a few more spices to the mix.

Jay watched contently. In his head he thought about how good Skye seemed at cooking.

Skye hummed softly as he stirred the stew,

Jay smiled at him and what he did.

Eventually he stopped and turned the burner off.

"Done?" He asked unsure

"Yep" he said softly.

Jay nodded then looked at him pausing what he was about to do. "Plates or bowls?"

"Bowls, it's a stew…" he said shyly, hoping he'd remembered the recipe correctly.

Jay nodded then grabbed bowls. Then he thought about if forks or spoons would work better.

Skye carefully ladled out portions as soon as he had the bowls, noting their location for later.

"Forks or spoons. I was thinking forks because it would be easier to pick up stuff. But spoons might be better because it is stew." Jay was kinda rambling.

Skye giggled a little at his rambling, grabbing spoons from the drawer he was next to, offering him a bowl.

"Oh alright. And thanks." Jay said and smiled as he took the bowl.

Skye smiled shyly, before taking his and nibbling some, sighing in contentment when he realised he had gotten it right.

Jay ate some then looked up at Skye with a smile. "This is amazing."

Skye blushed visibly, "thanks…"

Jay nodded."welcome" he said and finished eating.

Skye ate his slower, enjotying it.

Jay then went to wash all.of the dishes.

Skye started to help as soon as he was done.

Jay washed the dishes and let Skye put stuff away.

Skye smiled, happy to help.

Jay leaned against the counter when he finished.

Skye hummed as he put the pan away.

"You are a really great cook." He said smiling.

Skye hummed lightly, "thanks…" he said softly.

Jay nodded then walked over and hugged him
