Cassy rolled her eye's but smiled, "If it will make you feel better kind sir you are welcome to accompany me on my journey." She waved a hand dismissively at him, grinning widely.

After going home, Eliysia took a shower, changed into a new dress in her parents command and started getting ready for the party that was happening soon. 'Just about done getting ready, wya?' she texted the group

Raena sighed, finishing with her eyliner after 10 minutes of struggling desperately to get the pencil to cooperate. Looking at her phone, she replied, "trying desperately to look somewhat like a human instead of a zombie?"

'eyeliner struggles again?' she responded, shaking with light laughter

Raena sighed again, looking in the mirror and making a face. "What else?"

Cas said good by to her knightly escort at the front of her home, then quickly changed and showered cleaning the lake water from her hair. She was just beginning to pick out her clothes when Eliysia and Raena began talking. She grinned , You could just not wear eyeliner. she sent fallowed up by we wouldn't want to scare the children

Raena gasped. "Gods, I know I'm ugly, you don't have to rub it in," she replied, shaking her head and grabbing her makeup wipes to start over again.

Cassy rolled her eye's then typed, you know that's not what I meant, I think you look quite lovely without eyeliner She pushed send and fallowed up with But girl, If it makes you feel good about your self be my guest, I'll put it on you my self

"Oh my gods, no, thanks, not that I don't trust you, but I don't trust you," she sent, immediately followed by a grin as she looked at her redone eyeliner for the 20th time. "Dudes, I did it," She sent a picture of her eyeliner, which had FINALLY turned out decent. "I'm so proud."

Cassy saw the text right as she had finished her own perfectly done winged liner, a few years of helping frantic Color guard members do their make up minutes before taking the field teaches you things. Good job, not as good as I could have done but not bad. Cassy replied. She hit send and quickly finished off her make up before going to find suitable shoes to match the light pink top she had chosen.

"Oh my gods, fucking fight me, I swear to all that is holy, don't get all cocky with me," she replied, frantically rechecking her eyeliner. Ok, you know what, I look stupid, just… ugh, she thought, shaking her head. "Okay, we're going to go to the party looking like a zombie. Fun," she muttered to herself.

Cassy slipped on a pair of shoes and began throwing random objects she might find useful into a small bag, "Don't worry I'll bring Make up wipes and my supplies just in case you change your mind"

"No, it's fine, I'm just going to," she sent her message without thinking, then picked her phone back up. "Ok just help, I don't know why I'm feeling ridiculously insecure today but I am, so. Help." And with that she flopped on her bed, groaning.

Bag packed and ready to go Cassy walked out her front door and began the walk to Raena's house. On my way She walked the short distance and stopped at the door, I'm here

Raena ran down the stairs, pushing her hair out of her face as she opened the door. "Okay, hi, sorry, I'm a mess today, so is my house for some reason, um, anyway, yeah, you can - you can come in now," she rambled nervously.

Cassy laughed, "Calm down I've known you all your life remember, no need to freak out, come on let's get you cleaned up." Cassy walked through the familiar house to Raena's room.

Raena crossed her arms anxiously. "I'm going to look stupid in front of El - everyone, and this is going to be even worse than my actual birthday," she groaned, flopping on her bed.

Cassy Rolled her eye's and sat next to Raena, "No you're not, now sit up so I can do my magic." Clare pulled a bag filled with different make Up supplies out and went and found Raena's normal supplies. She returned from the bathroom then grabbed a makeup wipe, " It's no wonder you were having problems with that eyeliner, the pencil is blunt, I prefer using liquid my self."

"Oh my gods, I get it, you're fabulous. Can you just do the thing that makes me look vaguely humanoid?" She asked, sitting up and leaning against the wall.

Cassy Shook her head smiling, "But of corse, I'm not that good, I just have practice." Cassy went to work removing the already done make up and redoing it, she finished off the natural look with eyeliner sharp enough to kill a man. "There, wait no don't move!" Cassy sprayed the girls face with some setting spray, "There now you're done."

Raena immediately collapsed into a wild coughing fit. "I think I just inhaled the entire periodic table," she wheezed, fanning her face. "Thanks, though. Sorry I'm a complete mess today. "

"Sorry I should have warned you not to breath." Cassy packed up her supplies, "Being a wreck is perfectly normal, the important thing is picking your self up again." Cassy patted her friends back, "You'll be alright… Sooo anyone you're trying to look especially nice for at the party? hmmm?"

Raena sputtered. "Why would you - why would you think that? That's completely ridiculous, why would I - no."

Eliysia groaned and took out her phone 'are you girls trying to put makeup on the whole city?? What's taking so long?'

"Heck you, life is hard, ok," she responded quickly with a slight smile that she immediately got rid of.

Clare Saw The smile, "Definitely not got it, Well might I suggest we leave sense some one you are definitely not trying to impress seems to think we're taking to long?"

Ace stood in front of his closet, trying to decide what to wear. His parents had specifically told him that this was a special occasion and not to wear jeans, although they literally had this party every single year and not one thing had changed. Sighing, he finally decided on a long sleeve grey button up and black dress pants. I hope this isn’t too much.

Quickly scanning through the text messages, he smiled before typing out a response. ’am i next?? ;)’

Cassy did her best not to blush but failed miserably, "If you need some wicked eye liner I've got you"

'Stop McFreaking flirting and get over here, the ceremony is about to start and without the main guests, this cannot happen!'

Cassy Rolled her eye's, "Hold on to your hat, We're getting there" Cassy stood up and shouldered her bag, She looked over at Raena, "Ready to go?"
