Sarah looked up from trying to clean up the spilled drink. The guy called Cecil looked like he was about to pass out. "Hey, is your friend okay? He doesn't look so good."

Finn looked away from the last costumer in line. He saw a spill at one of the tables and grabbed a towel. Walking over to the group.

Alex looked up. "I…don't know." He admitted to Sarah, still beside Cecil. He looked at Cecil worriedly, frowning slightly.

"Just stop, I need… watch Destiny, please Alex? I-i'm heading to the bathroom for a minute…." Cecil mumbled.

Alex nodded. "Okay." He said, holding the little boy gently. He looked at Cecil worriedly, hoping the other was okay.

Sarah frowned. "Should I follow just to make sure he's okay? Or do you want to go and I'll watch the little boy?"

Alex shrugged slightly. "I think he just wants a minute to collect himself." He replied, looking down at Destiny for a moment, then back at Sarah. "Besides, he's going to the men's room, so you probably shouldn't follow him." He grinned impishly.

Finn cleaned off the table and was definitely not eavesdropping.

She blushed. “That’s not exactly what I mean’t but you make a good point. What is the little boy’s name.”

Alex chuckled softly. "This is Destiny." He said, looking down at the little boy for a moment, then back at Sarah, giving a small smile. "Cecil adopted him recently."

Cecil splashed his face with water twice, trying to drown out the overwhelming feelings that made his head spin. God, he'd almost let Destiny get hurt. Now he could barely focus, and what would Alex think?

Sarah kneeled down to Destiny’s level. “Hey, Destiny. Are you okay?” Her long hair fell around her shoulders. “I’m a kindergarten teacher assistant. Is there something you want to tell me?”
