Bridge nodded, sitting down next to him. "Very."

Scipio pulled Bridge into his lap as his eyes adjusted to the darkness. "It's going to be a long flight…"

"Probably…probably five hours or so," Bridge said, leaning back against Scipio's chest.

Scipio nodded and lay his head on Bridge's. "I wonder if my parents are still alive?"

Bridge shrugged a little. "I…I don't know. Do you…want to find out?"

(Alright it's 2 a.m. and I have work so I should probably sleep lol)
Scipio shrugged as well. "I mean, I'd like to know if they're alive, but I don't want them to know that I'm alive. They might turn me in."

"Oh." Bridge nodded. "Could…could you do that?"

(Maybe one more response hhh I hate sleeping)
"Yeah, sure. I could ask around or stalk my old house long enough to figure it out."

"Do…do you remember where is is?" Bridge asked.

"Yeah, I know where it is. Always hated the place…"

"I mean…we don't have to go back if you don't want to," Bridge told him, remembering how just being in his old house had affected him.

"No, it's fine. We wouldn't even be going inside anyways." Scipio leaned against some boxes, Bridge still in his arms.

"Oh. Okay." Bridge nodded, running thumb against the back of Scipio's hand.

"So, what quiet thing would you like to do for around ten hours?" Scipio asked quietly.

"I…I don't know," Bridge responded, his voice just as soft. Whenever he was alone for a long time - which was often - he would find ways to entertain himself, but now he had Scipio.

"Mm… it might be best to just try to sleep. I know I'll wake up before landing, so it's alright." Scipio pulled Bridge closer and closed his eyes.

"Okay," Bridge said, resting his head back against Scipio's collarbone and shutting his own eyes. He knew he needed to sleep, as he hadn't much last night.

When Scipio woke up, there was only an hour left of the flight. He didn't know this, of course, but decided to stay awake anyways.

Bridge woke up a couple minutes later, stirring a little as some of his white hair fell into his eyes.

"Good morning, afternoon, or evening." Scipio said softly, noticing Bridge's slight movement.

"I think…I think it's afternoon now," Bridge mumbled, leaning back against Scipio more.

"Probably. There's no clock in here to tell what time it is, but either way, Italy is seven or eight hours ahead of America."

"Oh. Then evening, probably," Bridge said.

Scipio shrugged and fell silent, waiting for the plane to land.

There was a jolt as the plane landed, the rumble of the runway echoing through the compartment.

"Alright, let's go." Scipio helped Bridge get back into the luggage cart and pushed it out once the plane was opened.

Bridge sat, following Scipio's lead down and onto the pavement again, a employee door in the airport wall right in front of them. Of course, everything was read in Italian.

Once no one was around, Scipio helped Bridge out of the luggage cart and took off the uniform, slipping out the door so he could blend in with the crowd.
