Veronica: -shrugs-

Elysee: -swims up to Thorne- Come on! Get in!

Thorne: Ah… no thanks. I don't… no. I'm good.

Danny: You don't swim either?

Elysee: -grabs Thorne and pulls them into the water- HAHA!

Thorne: Agh!

Danny: Oooo… those clothes are going to be soaked now.

Kyoko: You know what… let me get in. -takes off shorts then t-shirt and jumps in-

Thorne: -climbs out of the pool, wringing their auburn hair out-

Elysee: Sorry, Thorne… -makes puppy eyes-

Thorne: It's okay. -takes off their jacket, waistcoat and shirt, laying them on a chair to dry-

Croak: Watches from their spot, still in the odd not really sitting-crouched position

Veronica: -sits at the edge of the pool-

Elysee: -blushes as she notices their muscles and gets out of the pool- How come you don't like the pool?

Thorne: Oh, I don't know. It's never really been something I've enjoyed. And I've been "killed" at a pool once, so… bad memories. -they turn around, revealing a tattoo of black wings on their back-

Croak: Approaches the pool, cautiously moving a hand to the water

Jibikami: I have a feeling that Croak comes from a place where water might not be very safe.

Danny: Do you want to come in the water Croak? It's the perfect temp.

Croak: Will think about it.

Danny: OK, just jump in whenever you feel like it!

Danny: Notices Veronica at the edge of the pool then turns invisible. He sneaks up on her and starts splashing a tiny bit of water on her legs and slowly starts splashing more and more water on her.

Cain: Sighs, forcing himself to stand, using his sword as a 'cane'. Jerks a hand up, covering his mouth as he coughs

Jun: Shoves himself off the wall, moving closer to his partner
Cain…let me see…

Cain: Averts gaze elsewhere, removing his hand to show a black, tar-like substance he had coughed up

Jun: Moves a hand over it, flames instantly springing forth. The strange substance instantly ignites, seemingly squirming a bit, but eventually burning away
That is not good…Well, Zelit did say a little would always remain unfortunately…

Yashira: -yanks Veronica into the water-

Thorne: -summons a button-down shirt and steps a few steps away to put it on- Indeed.

Veronica: I hate you.

Jibikami: Glances over at Cain and Jun
