I have insomnia. There are weeks that I get less than 7 hours of sleep a week. I still feel like I have caffeine in my body. I know it will eventually wear me out, but trying to stay positive. And the fact that my best friend from Wisconsin i helping me sleep better. He will call, and he won't fall asleep until I do. I am getting better at sleeping, but I know I have to be killing him.
