She asks up quickly and held the umbrella over him. "You're soaked," she whispered. "I didn't mean for it to be like this. I really do love you, I just need some time, that's all. I promise we can still be friends. We could even get back together after a while." She said this hopefully. Everything she'd said was the truth. She loved him, but needed a friendly break. She'd never intended on it turning out so sadly, and she was quickly trying to fix it.
He smiled at her and touched her face. A tear rolled down his cheek.
"i will wait as long as you need me to….. please just…. come back to me….."
He was willing to wait as long as she wanted. He might get impatient at times but he was definitely willing.
The lamp flickered on and off once again. He kissed her forehead and turned and started walking away.
"ill be waiting"
And once again, he disappeared… no where to be seen. He felt bad leaving her but, she wanted her to have space.
He started to get a little worried but he thought nothing of it. He was relieved but still a little sad…. as long as she was happy.

Robin adjusted her earrings once more before checking her appearance in the mirror. It had been a few weeks since that night in the rain. Her heart missed him terribly, and she found herself sinking deep into a depression.
Fortunately, her friend noticed and convinced her to go out on an innocent date with a guy from their office. Robin had agreed hesitantly. She still felt an unexplainable attraction to Seong-Jin… But she needed to do this. It would just be one little date, right?
Seong-Jin sat in his bed, writing little stories…. Waiting for Robin.
She told him she would be back, so he was waiting. He's been asked out so many times, ever single in of then he rejected. He refused to cry… Tried to at least.

Ashe ran a hand through his hair and checked his breath before walking outside. He sent his date a text 'just about to come pick you up, be there in 10' he sent
Robin's fingers trembled slightly as she checked her phone. 'Okay, see you soon' was her reply.
Ashe got in his car and drove to her house. Some time later, he arrived at her house and texted her 'I'm here, come downstairs'

Robin left her room and got in the elevator to go to the main floor. She stepped out and walked across the lobby.

Ashe saw a girl. Rossini g the lobby and stood up straight, flowers in one hand and a big smile in his face

Ashe took a deep breath at the sight of his date "hel-hello, you look amazing." He said giving her the flowers
She accepted the flowers and smiled. "Thank you. You do too."
Seong-Jin had this pit in his stomache….. he decided to ignore it….

He lied to himself. He wanted to believe it but… he couldn't
