"I…okay." Bridge eventually agreed, resting his head against Scipio's collarbone.

Scipio pulled Bridge into his lap and held onto him tightly, still watching outside. Although guards weren't coming anymore, he remained alert.

Bridge sighed a little bit, content, if not even a little bit happy. He liked being here - well, not here - but there in Scipio's arms, he liked it.

"They won't take you again… not if I can stop them…" He muttered quietly, more to himself than anyone else.

Bridge smiled a little bit, glad to have him here. He kept telling Scipio they hadn't hurt him that bad when they had taken him, but it did hurt a lot, even now.

"They hurt you…" He patted Bridge's head, trying his best to be reassuring.

Bridge nodded, leaning into his touch. "They…they did…"

"Fuck them…" Scipio said softly, holding a little tighter to Bridge.

"It…it hurt," Bridge admitted softly.

"I'll hurt them more. They deserve it."

"Thank you…" He murmured quietly, before shutting his eyes a little.

Scipio nodded, yelling at another guard. "It's probably late now."

Bridge opened his eyes at Scipio's yell, but closed them again as he saw there was no danger. "You're right."

Scipio picked Bridge up and stood, walking over to the bench.

Bridge wrapped his arms around him so as not to fall, even though it was a short distance.

Scipio set Bridge down and lay down as well, looking up at the other.

Bridge sighed tiredly a little, eventually laying down next to Scipio and looking over at him.

"Hello." Scipio smiled softly, pulling Bridge closer to himself.

Bridge smiled a little, eyes dancing around Scipio's face. "Hello."

"Go to sleep." Scipio closed his eyes.

Bridge paused for a moment, before closing the small distance and kissing him one more time.

Scipio's face flushed a bit. "Sleep…" He muttered once Bridge had finished.

"Okay," Bridge murmured softly, letting his own eyes slip shut.

Scipio held Bridge close to himself as he slept, waking in the morning with him still in his arms.

As usual, Bridge took a little longer to wake, his breathing soft and constant.

Scipio sighed, tempted to wake the other but deciding against it. Just let him do it on his own time…

Eventually, Bridge's eyes blinked open again, flickering up to rest on Scipio's face.

"Morning." Scipio said simply, looking down at Bridge.

"Good morning," Bridge mumbled, resting his head tiredly on Scipio's chest.

"You still seem to be asleep." Scipio patted Bridge's head.
