Sonia laughed. “I know! I’m really excited, but you should calm down.” She ran a hand through her hair and grinned, remembering something. “Oh! Also, tomorrow morning the Prince’s trainer is going to show me some of his fighting techniques. Want to come?”
Zaera shut the door behind Beatrice and leaned against it. She let out a long sigh and reprimanded herself, "You're here for a reason, don't get side tracked. This isn't home."
Talin took a quick bath and combed through his wet hair with his fingers before changing into a pair of comfortable sweatpants and flipping onto his bed. Laying there for a few minutes, he eventually threw a blanket over himself, hoping he could fall asleep quickly.
Eventually, Beatrice found her room and as soon as she entered it, struggled her way onto her bed, where she flopped like a used towel. Sighing, Beatrice closed her eyes. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

"I'm not sure. If I have time, maybe," Jade answered. "I'm gonna get up pretty early and go for a run, I think. It usually helps with clearing my mind about things." 'Things' in this case were whether she even would dare to try this entire thing out at all.
Zaera changed out of her dress and into a loose fitting nightgown. She had no intentions of leaving her room again that night and just wanted to sleep. Everything about one of those girls reminded her too much of her sisters, and in a bad way.

After a few minutes of tossing and turning, Talin drifted off to sleep. Morning came way too soon and he sighed when a bright sliver of light from the sunlight came through his window and landed directly in his eyes. He mumbled something incoherently and rolled onto his side, his eyes fluttering open and closed even as he tried to fall back asleep.
Blair sat up bed, her heart racing. She had had another one of her nightmares. She slapped her cheek and tried to calm her racing heart. A little while after, she managed to calm down enough to check the time and get ready for the next day.
Beatriz awoke with her fingers itching to play something. Unfortunately, there was no piano or violin in her room, so she simply sat on her bed, writing in her notebook. She felt overly anxious, for some reason.
He flopped over onto his back with another sigh and pulled one of his pillows on top of his face, trying to get himself to wake up quicker. Thoughts of the selection came to mind and softly he smiled, thinking of the date of sorts he had planned with Jade and Sonia only a few days away. He sat up and shimmied to the edge of his bed with still sleepy, but excited eyes.
Blair got dressed and headed out of her room to the dining hall (?) For breakfast with the other girls.
Zaera woke up the next morning her mind muddle with worries and hopes. She took a short bath before working on hair and make up. Her most iconic looks had been done by herself, not a professional, and she really hoped that luck stuck with her today. She finished putting her hair up into a spiral bun and threw on one of the many gowns before going down to meet the other girls for breakfast.
Talin eventually got to his feet and made his way over to his closet, picking a plain white t-shirt and gray pants to wear at least to get something to eat in. He combed through his messy hair with his fingers again and made his way down the stairs towards the dining hall to swipe some food.
Lillian was awake and sitting in her office long before Talin or the girls woke up. She was speaking to the ambassador from France, a man that refused to be seen at any other time of day then the un holy hour of 5:00 am. "Sir I understand your queen will be meeting with us to discus a new line of trade, I also understand that I was not informed by you about this but rather from a letter one of the queens girls sent me which I obtained this morning." The Man smiled quite unkindly, "Your Majesty I'm sorry I must have forgotten." Lillian kept her face nutral she wanted to screem that he hadn't 'forgotten', "See to it you do not forget hext time sir, I'm sure you know that failing to meet your queen properly would be taken offence and could ruin our very delicate treaty with your country."
"I am aware." The man said smugly
Lillian stood up, "I must meet my son and the selected for breakfast you are dismissed." The man left the room and Lillian slumped in her chair, "48 hours to plan a welcoming feast, party meetings with all the officials all while the selected are here…" She paused as a thought ran through her mind. She Rang a bell and a maid came rushing into the room, after some swift instructions both woman left, Lillian headed down to the Dinning room.
Blair sat at a chair in the dining hall and sighed as she stared at the bread on her plate. She poked it before taking a bite and setting it down. "Dad would ha e loved all this." She mumbled to heraelf
Zaera entered the dining hall with a placid smile on her face. She sat down in one of the chairs and looked at the others their. She debated wishing them good morning before opting not to and sat there silently.
Blair looked at the newcomer "hello." She simply said
Talin yawned as he got to the bottom of the stairs and walked into the dining hall, glancing at the girls for a moment before sitting down in his seat and looking for something that looked good.
Zaera looked up and nodded to the other new girl, "Hello."
She reached out and took a piece of bread. Normally she would be eating nothing for breakfast, but this was her cheat time. No need to worry about a model diet now.
Blair took another bite and then a peice of cheese. "Is it ok for us to visit the garden?" She asked the prince
He nodded, grabbing an apple and biting into it after answering, “As long as you’re accompanied by a guard yes, you can visit any of the gardens.” His eyes lit up as he saw a stack of pancakes near the center of the table and he stood up with his plate, walking over to the pancakes and flipping a few onto his plate before sitting back down and drowning them in syrup.
