Appearance: Platinum blond hair, green eyes, pale skin, kind of skinny. He normally wears t-shirts and jeans but has been known to wear suits just because they look good and he can pull them off well
Personality: He doesn't really like… people. He's very introverted, and can seem cold and unfriendly if you don't know him well. He's only really nice to a select few, and kind of a jerk to everyone else. Great fashion sense though. His older brother was a supervillain in another city before he was captured, and Carter went under a new identity so he wouldn't be questioned by the heroes for his association. (No one knows this though)
(She can be that age if you want. It will add depth into the story. And yeah, She can be an elf :D)
