"Sure!" Myrah grinned at Ferris, "Sounds like a lot of fun. Do you know who's playing?"

She shook her head "no clue, all I know is that it's a mix between pop, rock, and maybe some country,"

"Sounds interesting," Myrah commented, "I can't wait."

Ferris nodded "What do you want to do in the meantime?"

"We could go get brownies or something. I know a great place nearby," Myrah suggested.

"You had me at brownies…where…where are zee brownies…"

"Follow me," Myrah laughed as she began to walk away.

"yes ma'am," she saluted and followed Myrah through the streets

Myrah laughed and grabbed a hold of Ferris's hand, "Don't call me ma'am."

"fine, as you wish, princess." She smiled and winked "better?"

"Much," Myrah responded a light dust sprinkling her cheeks.

She laughed softly "so, are you going to tell me that these brownies are 'the best'? And if so, I'm going to ask you, 'how? How are these the best brownies? What makes these the best brownies? Why should I believe you?'"

Myrah laughed, "Oh these definitely are the best brownies. As to why they are the best, you'll just have to wait and see."

Uuggghhhhh! You're killing me!" She sighed frantically "fine, I'll wait."

Myrah giggled, "Good, because it is worth the wait."

"how long???!!!!" She asked, throwing her head back in a groan

"Well aren't you impatient," Myrah laughed, "We're not that far away."

"yes, yes I am. You should have told me there were brownies later on so I wouldn't complain."

"Maybe I should have," Myrah sighed and looked up, "Hey were here."

Ferris bounced happily "yay, now where's the chocolaty goodness…"

"Right this way!" Myrah opened up the door and walked into. Little cakes and brownies lined the clear containing shelf underneath the counter, "Pick whatever you want."

"never say that to a girl with a major sweet tooth…"She stared in a mazement at the assortment of cakes and confections "uhm, I'll have the dark chocolate brownie and the the carrot cake please,"

The girl behind the counter nodded and looked to Myrah, "And you want your usual?"

"Yep!" Myrah said happily and leaned back grinning as the girl went to get the sweet confections.

Ferris bounced in place as she waited for the food "hmnmnmnn….imma explode…"

"Please don't," Myrah laughed as she paid for the treats that had been placed on the counter. A brownie and carrot cake for ferris, and a mint brownie and pink colored cupcake for Myrah.

"I can't, but I would if I could!" She said as she headed over to find a table

"I would be sad if you did," Myrah pouted picking up the pastries and followed after Ferris, "So go on. Tell me what you think."

Ferris sat down and picked up a fork. She dug into the carrot cake. She sighed softly and nodded "this. Us. What's. Going. To. Kill. Me…"

"Does that mean you like it?" Myrah asked curiously. She took a bit of her cupcake grinning.
