Lucas's heart rate sped up at this, but he didn't stop Skye. He moved his head back and made eye contact with Skye, his face very red by now.
Lucas's heart rate sped up at this, but he didn't stop Skye. He moved his head back and made eye contact with Skye, his face very red by now.
Skye was still grinning like a dork, and he blushed darkly when the other made eye contact, dark enough you could see it despite his dark skin.
(Ha Lucas blushing is always painfully visible since he's pale as hell)
Lucas hesitated for several seconds before kissing Skye. He didn't really have any negative emotions or memories to tie with this since he'd never kissed anyone before.
Skye made a small sound of surprise, returning it quickly, still processing that this was happening.
(Oof)
Lucas pulled away soon enough and hid his red face in his hands. "I… I-I'm so sorry… I-I should've asked first…"
Skye quickly pulled him into a hug, "Hey.. It's okay, I just wasn't expecting that from you…"
Lucas's heart was beating a mile a minute, and he felt like he was in a state of very mild panic. He was trembling violently as he wrapped his arms around Skye again.
Skye watched him with concern, trying to calm him.
(He's not really panicking, he just thinks he is because he doesn't understand love)
Lucas hid his face in the crook of Skye's neck, holding onto him tightly. He felt all tingly and strange, and he wasn't sure what to make of it.
Skye held him close, letting him process quietly, ready to be there for him when needed.
"I-I feel weird…" He said quietly. His face was flushed a deep red, and his eyes were closed again. "Everything is… t-tingling…"
"I wish I had a way to explain that feeling for you…" he murmured, "but I feel it too…"
Lucas nodded silently. At least I'm not weird… "W-Won't Marco be back soon?"
"Yeah.." said Skye, studying the other's features.
Lucas's face had a vague anxiety to it, and he was still blushing a bit. Although he hated to admit it, he was very expressive, hard as he tried to keep a neutral expression all the time.
Skye smiled as he watched the other, "You're cute y'know that?"
"W-What? What do you mean?" Lucas sat up again, his face getting redder as it had before.
"Just that, You're cute!" Said Skye.
Lucas hid his face in his hands, not quite sure how to respond. He'd never had anyone legitimately call him cute before. (His brother probably did to tease him, and ya know, his mom because mom)
Skye gently tugged his hands away, "You okay?"
"Y-Yeah… I'm… I-I'm just…" Lucas stuttered, mumbling incoherently for a moment. He seemed very flustered. "N-No one's really… you know… called me cute before…"
(Skye: You're cute
Lucas: w h e e z e )
"Glad I'm the first…" said Skye.
(Pretty much)
Lucas's hands trembled in Skye's grasp and his breath quickened ever so slightly. He didn't want to mind it happening, but this made him even a little more nervous than his whole body being held. That kind of touch was more like hugging, which sparked less memories of his father than his wrists being grabbed to prevent him from running.
Skye watched him quietly, pulling him into a hug.
"Mmm…" Lucas relaxed more when Skye released his wrists and returned to the position he was in before. He had forced his body to become okay with this position, so he figured it was his safest option.
Skye noted this, leaning back and pulling the other on top of the him.
Lucas's heart rate quickened at the sudden movement, but he didn't seem to be much more anxious than he was before. He held loosely onto one of Skye's hands, seeming to get anxious if more pressure was added.
Skye let his arms lay loosely over the other, hugging him.
