Functional strength stuff is the best for overall fitness. Woodsplitting, unloading furniture, digging, climbing, swimming and tire flips. That's the best stuff you can do.

I was super tired today and we basically went on a mini road trip and I was supposed to be navigator but I was tired because anxiety and stuff and my parents still don’t really get how it works and they were like why are you tired lol and I wanted to clarify it’s one of the symptoms but my sister was in the car and she doesn’t know yet and I didn’t wanna tell her and now I’m just tired and pissed off.

You guys ever feel the need to vent but don’t know how to use words because there’s just so much going on at once and you cannot physically explain it in a way that makes sense?
