“First off, Angelic and Demonic entities broke into the Labyrinth along with escaped prisoners who were all sinful people or just jerks in general. Second thing, many of the active Knights are dead or are dying, meaning most of us are living on the edge right now. Third thing—“ the plague doctor’s eyes flashed once before he sighed and continued “—our beacon of hope or who we would call our purifier has just been found dead, meaning the corrupted beings around the Labyrinth won’t be taken care of that easily anymore. Lastly, one of the paladins of the Labyrinth, the Chariot Master, was corrupted and has now turned into a maniac” the scientist massaged his temples.
“With that said… it’s not safe to search or look for anyone right now, you’re only going on a suicide mission” the doctor had to made that clear before anything.
"well if i die finding him i will be fine plus i have a demon of my own" Loki had gave the doctor a cocky smile
The doctor nearly spit his tea.
“Okay, I think I forgot to mention someth— wait, never mind… I don’t you’d care about it anyways” the man sighed, gesturing to the door.
“Alright then, go ahead” he waved at the door like he didn’t care anymore.
Loki looked at the doctor with a kind look "Thank you"
“You’re welcome I guess…” as Loki walked out, Chris the plague doctor stood up and walked to his table. He got some documents from his table and quickly ran upstairs.
As soon as Loki got outside, an arrow hit her by the shoulder. The figure which fired the arrow dashed away from where they were.
The hit barely made Loki flinch and all she did was take it out and started to walk away keeping her brother in mind "I wonder who shot me but i guess it doesn't matter"
(First day of school and I can guarantee I'm going to die.)
Hinata was kinda pissed.
"You know what, f*ck this." She pulled away from him.
"I'd say it's a pleasure to meet you, but I'm honestly done right now."
(This happens every semester, I can guarantee you)
“Right… well” the Aries armor dispersed and turned back into its inscription form. This Zen dude then threw the inscription to Cassius to which he caught with his dominant left hand.
“See you two around I guess” Zen waved and walked away from them.
Intharachit started to wake up. As he opened his eyes, he turned to Hinata.
“B-Balance Keeper…” he called out to her, raising up his right arm.
Hinata, when Intharachit spoke, turned and walked to his side, kneeling down.
"Glad to see you awake."
Intharachit slowly sat up straight.
“Cronos’ gone insane…” the foreign man sighed, massaging his temples. He then held his hand out in front of him as the Libra armor turned back into an inscription in his hand.
Cassius slowly pushed the man down.
“You should rest for a bit first” he insisted. It was after all almost nighttime in the Labyrinth.
Hinata nodded.
"We should all get some rest." She sighed.
Cassius nodded, yawning right after.
“Well, if you don’t mind…” he laid down on the floor and fell asleep almost immediately.
Intharachit fell asleep soon after as well. The two Knights were too tired to even wake up during the night.
(If Hinata sleeps, I might do a time skip just because…)
(Yeah, a time skip would be called for.)
Smiling at the two Knights' sleeping form, Hinata laid down close to them, drifting off to sleep.
(Smashes the time skip button)
As morning time comes, Cassius was the first to wake up. He sat up straight and got out the Pisces Inscription. He concentrated on it a bit…
All but Libra, Leo, Aries and Pisces are active… great… he thought to himself before turning to the two other people.
“Wake up guys, it’s morning now”
Hinata opened her eyes, sitting up and yawning slightly.
"Good morning."
Intharachit woke up soon after, rubbing his eyes.
“So, what’s the course of action this morning?” Cassius turned to ask Hinata.
"Well, we still need to find the Capricorn uniform. Of course, someone might have claimed it by now…" She shrugged.
"I'll have to locate it first."
(I’mma get some sleep now before I don’t get any)
“I already did and surprisingly enough—“ Cassius gestured to the inscription in his hand “—it’s inside the Celestial Hall and also not moving at all”
(Okay, see you later!)
Hinata nodded.
"Still, that doesn't mean we won't be in for a fight. The Pisces Armor wasn't moving either."
Loki had wandered to the center not even noticing during the night
Cassius nodded.
“It’s very likely that the goat is standing still like Aries’ case. Just waiting for us in silent” he suggested.
“The Celestial Hall is, after all, a mini battleground” he added, maneuvering his hand nonchalantly.
He then stood up and pulled Intharachit up.
“Well, seems like we’ve got no time to waste” he offered Hinata his hand.
Hinata greatly took Cassius' hand, pulling herself up.
"Then let's go."
Cassius and Intharachit started to lead Hinata to the hall where, as Cassius expected, a golden armored figure stood gracefully in the middle.
“Welcome Balance Keeper…” the figure greeted, taking off his helm and revealing a beautiful young woman with hair of a brown color and emerald green eyes, resembling that of Matthew.
“Serena Syrain, the younger sister of Matthew and the messenger between life and death, pleasure to meet” the girl greeted with an adorable smile. She was also the same height as Matthew was, just slightly shorter and more active.
Hinata nodded.
"A pleasure to meet you as well."
A small white feline crawled out of her armor and cuddled against Hinata’s leg.
“Yuki, come on…” Serena whined about the cat as she walked over to pick her up.
Cassius who was holding the sleeping Kohaku blinked several times before bringing up…
“So apparently every member of the Syrain family is a…catholic?” He asked with a smirk.
Hinata snorted, caught off guard by what Cassius said.
"Seriously dude?" She chuckled.
“Come on, if you gave me the chance to make a joke, I will make a joke” he added, giggling while doing so.
Serena only sighed but she did hint a small smile. On the other hand, Intharachit didn’t get the joke as he was, after all, a foreign Knight who’s not very quick when it comes to language related jokes.
“So uh…” Cassius managed to stop himself from laughing “…what’s next? Rather, which one is next?” He asked, finally being able to control his sanity.
"Gemini," Hinata said, putting her hands in her pocket.
(Loki is a Scorpio. she was born on Halloween)
As she wander into the grand hall of the center building Loki had been wide awake and looking for Alex
“Gemini?” Intharachit wanted to make sure while touching his inscription.
“It’s by the Great Lake, up in the Corpse Plateau” he claimed.
Serena nodded and the Capricorn armor dispersed into the inscription.
“I’ll be looking for ways to bring my brother back, you all go do you” she tossed the inscription to Cassius to which he caught.
“Thanks sweetheart” Cassius teased a little.
“You know, I’ll be with Serena, you two’ll be safe right?” Intharachit asked, handing the Libra inscription to Cassius.
“Of course, besides, you should rest anyways” the doctor replied, looking outside the hall.
“Alright… thanks”
“Let’s go” Cassius actively mentioned as he started to lead Hinata out the hall.
