Loki studied the tray of foods "You remind me of someone"
Loki studied the tray of foods "You remind me of someone"
“Someone back home or someone from the Labyrinth?” The scientist asked, taking another sip of his cup.
"Home. He was a plague doctor as well. My–" Loki looked down remembering him "He is my husband"
Hinata dodged to the left, drawing her first sword. She was mildly surprised by the encounter itself, but not by the fact it happened. Nothing was easy here, and this was the only armor that she hadn't sensed moving.
"His name was Julian Devorak" Loki looked up with a sad smile
The doctor nodded.
“Right… unfortunately for you, I’m not him” he started, setting down his cup the small plate he brought with him. He smiled lightly.
“You were together with Hinata weren’t you?”
The Pisces Armor grabbed Sebastian’s head and used him as a center of rotation as he ran on the walls, coming down at Hinata again from right above her.
Cassius used his strings to stop him from reaching to which the figure’s response was to reflect the strings back to where they came from. They focused back on Hinata, aiming their aquatic sword for her neck this time.
(here's a pic of Julian:
He is from the Arcana)
(If you want an image of Cassius [my love child basically], look at my profile pic)
"Yes. And I know you are not him he is with our daughter Jade" Loki picked at the food and ate very little because of the sickness she was holding (she be homesick)
(Sorry guys, I gotta go, I won’t be back for a couple of hours (´Д`))

Hinata blocked, noting that the armor wasn't actually attacking the others; it seemed to be focusing on her.
The Pisces armor flipped over Hinata and landed behind her, attempting to land a direct hit on her back. Cassius who was right behind Hinata grabbed the armor and yanked it towards himself, making it lose balance and prone to an attack for a short period of time.
Time stopped around Hinata and everything went to a grayscale.
“Hello there Balance Keeper” an echoey voice from a faint figure can be heard in the alleyway. They were in front of Hinata. They had a white suit, a navy scarf with golden edges, and a star and moon necklace.
“My precious Pisces didn’t surprise you, did it?” he asked, eyeing the golden Zodiac armor.
"Only sightly." Hinata glanced around once, then back to the figure.
"May I ask your name?"
“Syzen Celser, a Mythical Warrior of the Soul Labyrinth and the Creator of the Zodiac Uniforms” he introduced with a bow.
“Unfortunately I could only contact you via spirit due to the fact that my physical body is somewhere else (COUGH COUGH)” he claimed.
“Anyways, I need your help”
(I nearly died laughing and my brother is now worried)
"Help? With what?" Hinata wasn't going to actually offer her help until she knew she could
(I don’t think he’s the only one who’s worried)
“You should already know that the precious Zodiac Uniforms I’ve created have gone… crazy, all of them” he stated with a sigh.
“I want you to help me collect all of them and at the end, I might give you something in return, how does that sound?” he asked, gesturing towards Hinata in a persuading manner.
(If you accept Syzen’s offer, you’ll start the chain of actions for one of the neutral endings, meaning it’s not a good nor a bad ending)
Hinata thought for a moment.
"I'll help." She didn't really care about the thing Syzen would give her; she was more concerned with no one being killed.
(Alright, I’ve got to make this clear first. By accepting one’s mission to head to one ending, doesn’t mean you can’t find other endings. So by help Syzen, that doesn’t mean you can’t change your main priority to other characters, just making that clear)
Syzen’s spirit smiled.
“Thank you, I’ll wait for you until then… or rather I’ll show up at random” he suggested before disappearing and letting time run back to when the Pisces Uniform was losing balance and unable to attack anyone.
Cassius grabbed the Pisces armor by its gorget and threw it to the ground in front of Hinata. He stepped on it before it could get up and attack anyone. Pressing down using his foot, the armor started to break.
“Well done…” the armor sounded as it dispersed and reformed into the inscription.
Cassius knelt down and picked the inscription up.
On the ground behind Cassius is a small notebook, presumably his.
(Choice [THIS WILL AFFECT WHICH ENDING YOU GET] : Pick up the notebook and keep it a secret OR Hand it back to Cassius)
Noticing the notebook, Hinata picked it up. Without a second thought, she turned to Cassius.
"Hey, did you drop this?" She said, holding it out to him.
(Oof, this is gonna be an awkward situation to write if it’s this early on)
Cassius turned to Hinata before spotting his notebook and immediately grabbed it. Not even a slight train of thought passed through him before his hand reached for the notes.
“You didn’t look through it, right…?” He asked, wanting to make sure. There was something clear in his tone of voice — fear.
(Let me give you some assistance)
Drip… drip…
“I’ll ask again… where is he…?” A Knight in a golden armor threateningly asked another one of his kind while holding onto the victim’s throat.
The one who fell victim coughed out blood.
“…t-there’s no way I’m telling you…” the young man managed to spit out with a soft smile.
“…killing me… w-won’t be the best idea…”
The golden armored figure cursed under his breath before letting the young man go.
“Will it help you speak if I torture that Balance Keeper you care for so much?” They asked with cold, dead eyes.
The man on the floor didn’t have the energy to fight anymore. The only response he was able to give was…
“If you lay a single finger on her, I will not hesitate to send you down to The Fountain Realm” the figure then fainted not a second after.
The golden suited figure moved away from the youngling and went back into the shadows.
Hinata shook her head.
"No. I'm not the kind of person who looks through other people's things." She was slightly curious as to why Cassius reacted the way he did, but she didn't ask.
Cassius sighed in relief.
“Thanks for being this kind of person” He smiled nervously saying so. A picture dropped from the notebook and fell face up in front of Hinata; it was a picture of the Faltur family (Cassius, Aisen and Carlsen) together with a woman, one Hinata would not recognize.
Hinata, when she saw the picture, she bent down and picked it up.
"Cassius," she said, holding it out to him, "you dropped something else just now."
He raised a brow as he inspected it.
“Oh, that’s me and my brothers with our mother… uh, twenty something years ago when we were all alive I think” he said, smiling ruefully at the photograph.
“I’d really like it if we could meet her again” he kept, inserting the photo back into his notebook.
“So, which one are going after next?” He asked, grinning through layers of tears building in his irises.
Hinata put her hand on Cassius's arm lightly. After a moment, she spoke.
"We should go after the Aries armor next. It's by the Arena."
(I’ll be back in half an hour)
Sebastian touched his Virgo inscription.
“Correction, it’s inside the Arena. Specifically the tenth floor” he claimed.
“Follow me”
