"Sister! Okay, Nikka, I can explain. Well, I can't, but I can sort of ramble in an attempt to explain!" he said.
"Sister! Okay, Nikka, I can explain. Well, I can't, but I can sort of ramble in an attempt to explain!" he said.
"Would you like me to explain. I think I could ramble less." D said to Narcs and had a hopeless smile of no emotions.
"I… don't really care… just… why are we here and not our parents?" Nikka replied, trying to function.
"They're gone. We don't know why. And it's scary and confusing and I'm honestly freaking out." Narcissus summarized.
"WHAT?!" Nikka yelled "They're just… gone? Are you sure they're not just lost in imagination?"
"Gone! Yes! Gone! I don't know where they are!" Narcissus said.
"But that's… that's not possible." Nikka reasoned.
"It's possible they are 'gone' but not gone. There are many places they could have gone." D replied thinking about it.
"D? Hey, you're out of your room! But… um, what did you do to Thomas?" Nikka asked.
"Oh shut up." D growled and glared at her.
"Come ON, I was being supportive! But seriously, is he okay? You know if we kill him, we could all die, right?"
Depression got up and glared. "Will you shut up! I did nothing. None of this is my fault at all. So stop placing the blame on me right now."
"Depression Bartholomew Sanders," Nikka said, making up a middle name so it would have more force, "I am not blaming you for any of this, and I will never solely blame you for anything. What I'm saying is a. Congratulations on leaving your room, because I know that can be hard for you, and b. what did you, all of you, collectively, do to thE PERSON WHOSE HEAD WE INHABIT?"
Depression rolled his eyes. "Nothing. He's relatively fine. Though his lesser sides are kinda in the front seat. We were set up to fail here being nothing to help with survival." He replied.
Nikka facepalmed. "Wonderful. Just wonderful. I just - " she momentarily took her hand off her face, only to immediately smack her forehead again, repeatedly. "So, we're screwed."
"Yeah basically. And don't forget, if we all did something to him to cause this. That means you are also to blame." D said then looked at the ceiling.
"Shit," Nikka said quietly, "couldn't they have waited at least until after coffee? Shit." She looked on the verge of ripping her own hair out.
"Calm down, shadow spawn." Narcissus drawled.
"Calm? I'm always, calm." D responded.
"Don't call him Shadow Spawn, Narcissus," Nikka scolded absentmindedly. Her head was scrolling through places where her father might have gone. Was it even possible for him to go anywhere?
"No no. I actually like that nickname." D replied to her.
"You're so odd," Nikka commented, her voice changing to a British accent, as it sometimes did when she was nervous or overwhelmed.
"Wonderful. So, Nikka, any ideas where the primary sides could be? Hello, by the way. I also exist." Ollie waved a bit nonchalantly, straightening his tie.
"Ollie, you are one of the few people here that I actually tolerate." D said to him.
Ollie glanced at some of the 'common phrase notecards' or whatever that he'd borrowed from Logan. "Uh… ditto? Did I use that right? I mean to say I also tolerate you."
"Yeah, good word usage." D said and smiled.
"Wonderful! Father was clever to make these cards, hmm?" Ollie held them up before tucking them back into his pocket. "Speaking of father, we need to find him and the others. They're not in their rooms; I've already been in there this morning to clean."
"Alright how about you and I leave here and look around the imagination. Whole everyone does whatever they are trying to do here by talking it out." D suggested just wanting to leave.
Ollie nodded and walked over to D, looking over at the others before gesturing for D to follow him. "So we know they aren't in the kitchen, office, common area, or their rooms. Should we go by Deceit's little lair and see whether they happen to be there?"
"Yeah they could be in dark side territory." D replied following Ollie as they left.
