"Are you sure?" She tilted her head, gently nudging his shoulder. "'Cause you really do need to let go and have some fun, but…"
"Wherever you're about to go, I'm going with," he said, making it sound final. "Simple as that."
She rubbed the back of her neck, looking forward once more. "Street fairs have always been one of my favorite things. That and carnivals, in that theme."
"Then that's where we'll go," he decided, stopping at the intersection and pressing the crosswalk button.
She leaned against the pole the button was on, a small smile playing on her lips as she looked out at the street. "I owe you a cotton candy."
"You owed me one either way," he said, nudging her with his foot again. A woman stopped to wait beside them, seeming to stare a hole through the back of Klaus's head.
(I'm impatient. Can the fight start now?)
((Sksksks yeah a'ight))
She grinned, turning to reply, when she caught sight of the woman. Klaus's weird anxiety was starting to make a bit more sense, and she casually reached for his hand, squeezing it once in warning.
He gave her a smile of understanding, squeezing the hand in return as the woman stepped even closer to the two. Before they could even react, the woman, who was even smaller than Peggy, slammed a fist into Klaus's side, sending him flying across the street and crashing into a car. His body made a huge dent into the back driverside door, but that wasn't the only thing. It showed that she had true fighting experience. Rule #1: Take the biggest immediate threat out first. At that moment, it was Klaus with Amity. But the force of the blow left her unbalanced and exposed to Peggy as bystanders screamed in response to the sudden attack.
(Who they are fight at the moment https://www.marvel.com/characters/lady-deathstrike)
Peggy's suit was already forming, her arms already armored up. Using the woman's vulnerability, and her essentially metal fist, she sent an uppercut into the woman's jaw. He was right. This was off.
She recovered wonderfully, flipping with the force of the blow to land on her feet, two metal claws sticking out from each of her hands and a murderous gleam in her eye.
"Looks like this will be more fun than I originally anticipated," she hissed out, falling into a martial arts stance just as Klaus climbed his way off of the car, Amity already forming that protective shield around him.
"Does anyone tell you that shit hurts?" he asked Lady, cracking his back with a wince visible through Amity's mask.
(This woman is OP O.o)
"We're here to please, lady." Peggy quipped, with a completely different voice coming from her suit than she'd had last week. Another change. "You alright over there, Amity?" She called, her eyes never leaving the woman as she hovered a few feet from the ground, readying herself for another attack.

Good lord)
"I'm fine," he grumbled, snaking around so he was behind the Lady, the two sandwiching her between them.
"This will get that bastard Wolverine's attention," Deathstrike growled, more to herself than Klaus and Peggy.
((?))
"I always thought he was kinda cool, but to each their own, I guess." Peggy mused casually, eyes flickering around their surroundings. While focusing on the immediate threat was a good idea, she wasn't about to let innocent bystanders get caught in the crossfire. She raised one of her arms, powering up to fire off a beam of energy.
(It's the ranking system they use on the Marvel website)
The woman wisely chose to dive to the right, towards a group of cowering schoolchildren. Instead, the beam blasted barely a inch away from Klaus's head.
"Fuck, w-" Deathstrike interrupted the sentence by leaping into the air, bringing the claw of her left hand down into the shoulder of Peggy's armor.
"Shit." Peggy cursed, thanking the metal that somewhat made it harder for the claws to dig into her shoulder. That didn't do much, though. She activated the thrusters in the suit, shooting up in an attempt to get Deathstrike on uneven terrain.
((Huh.))
Instead, she hung on tightly to the suit, leaving Klaus unable to help on the ground. The Lady's left arm snaked around the neck of Peggy and lurched as hard as she could, throwing them both wildly off course.
The suit spun wildly, attempting to shake her off. Ideas flashed through Peggy's head sporadically, none of them likely to work. Except for one. She nosedived, straight for the ground in the middle of the now-empty street at a startling speed.
Klaus watched the two fly erratically through the air,his head still spinning from the aggressive meeting with the car.
"Shit, shit, shit," he growled as they headed for the ground, running towards the projected landing spot without a clue what he was about ti do.
(I have no clue what she's about to do)
((She's going with the first plan that has any chance of success, and that is slamming herself and Lady Deathstrike(metal as fuck name tho) into the ground))
(Dopesickle)
I'll be feeling this in the morning. Was the first thought that flashed through Peggy's head, eyes fixated on the upcoming pavement. With a sickening sound, she hit the ground, creating a small crater.
Lady's claws dislodged just before impact, slamming to the ground next to Peggy with equal force.
"Oh, fuck!" Klaus shouted, skidding down the wall of the crater and kneeling down beside Peggy as Lady groaned. "Please, please, please be okay."
Peggy snorted, followed by a hiss of pain. "God, that didn't feel too good." She quipped, propping her arms underneath her to try and push herself up.
Klaus had no time to respond, for the Lady had already gotten back to her feet. He eyed the claws warily, desperately wishing for a suit like Peggy's. "Why won't you die?"
"Austin Powers," Deathstrike said, wiping a bit of blood from the corner of her mouth with the back of her left hand. "Joke away, boy. You won't be talking very soon."
She lunged forward and swiped at him with a claw, which he very clumsily dodged before scrambling out of the crater.
"And to think, all we wanted was to have some normal fun." Peggy mused, slowly managing to stand. Walk it off, walk it off. A sharp pain in her shoulder almost made her wince, but she managed to choke it down. Helmet or not, she didn't doubt this woman's ability to tell when someone was weak.
