"Nice to meet you," Tolkalee bowed in return, Seth doing the same. "What brings you to the arena?"
"Nice to meet you," Tolkalee bowed in return, Seth doing the same. "What brings you to the arena?"
“To be honest, I was just looking around different places. These buildings hold a lot of memories and it’s nice to bring them back once in a while…” with that said, Porsche looked towards the chandelier in that specific Arena.
“I still remember the day when that was being installed…” he softly smiled at the thought that ran through his head.
Hinata chuckled.
"She'd probably ask me to give him one of hers!"
Jackal raised a brow.
“That’s nice” he smiled softly.
“Well, I’ll leave you on your own now, good night” he said, walking out of the room and gently closing the door.
"Okay, well I hate to greet and run, but we kind of have a dead line, so we gotta get going," Tolkalee sighed. "I do actually wish we could stay and learn more about this place, but we have a war to go and fight."
Porsche nodded.
“Then please go ahead” he gestured, telling the two Warriors to just go through his floor.
Tolkalee gave a bow, as did Seth. "Hopefully we can meet again, just not because either one of us is dead," Seth said. "Being dead kinda sucks."
“You do realize that all the locals here are dead right? Anyways, go ahead” Porsche insisted, moving to the side.
Seth was about to start forward but noticed Tolkalee take a step back. He looked back at his friend with a questioning look. "This seems a little to easy, to me," he whispered to Seth. And after Seth thought about it for a moment he nodded in agreement, but mouthed, "trust me," and walked forwards past Porsche.
Hinata stretched, taking her jacket off. Laying back on the bed, she stared up at the ceiling.
Porsche glanced at Dakota.
“A little too active, don’t you think?” Porsche tilted his head and smiled as he said that.
Dakota grinned and sighed.
“It’s just a duty, I think I’ve told you that a thousand times already” he straightened himself.
“Recount, I think it’s more than thousand especially during my generation” Porsche ended with a giggle and his body phased through the floor.
From outside Hinata’s room, sounds of a faint conversation can be heard.
“What do you think he’ll want?”
“Well… he never really said what he liked right?”
“…that’s the problem…”
“Sigh How about something simple? He seemed to like writing didn’t he?”
“Oh my lord, you’re a genius”
With that, the people walked off to somewhere else within the house.
Hinata listened quietly while the conversation was going on. It seems there's another birthday, she thought to herself. Sighing, she glanced over and picked up the keychain.
The keychain was, as mentioned before, of a chibi version of the viscount Julian Harkin. There was a signature engraved on the backside of the keychain, probably Julian’s.
There was though… something off about the keychains. The chains used were of different colors and were in some sort of order.
Red was on the top, following that was Blue, Silver, Green, Yellow, Orange and Black.
(I highly recommend noting this somewhere, you might need it for later wink wink)
Tolkalee followed Seth to the other side of the room. They waited for Dakota to come over. "See, not to easy," Seth said.
"It felt way to easy," Tolkalee sighed. "Maybe that's just me…"
Dakota followed them.
“So from what you told me, your friend should be on the next floor right?” He asked, shrieking his hair once while still holding his bouquet on his other hand.
"She should be unless she went to somewhere else," Tolkalee replied.
(Where's my notebook on this stuff?! I must start taking notes!! I'm glad I had Hinata look at the keychain)
Hinata turned the keychain around in her hands, smiling softly.
Dakota shrugged.
“I guess that’s true” he started to make his way down the stairs.
The keychain had something other than Julian’s signature on its backside. It was a collage of symbols in order.
A spear, a bow, a baton and an axe
(In an Asian teacher voice Please start taking your notes kids XD)
(XD)
Hinata lightly touched the back, near the spear.
"This is interesting," she said, referring to the entire keychain.
Julian knocked on Hinata’s door and went inside prematurely.
“In case you wake up in the middle of the night, I’ll be downstairs in the room beside the kitchen…” he said, setting a bottle of water on the bedside drawer. He glanced to see Hinata looking at the souvenir… that made him smile. He left the room and closed it softly.
Tolkalee and Seth followed Dakota down the stairs to the ninth floor.
The Ninth Floor…
Complete empty. No one was there and not a single sound was heard. Dakota sighed to break the silence.
“Anyone interested in taking a nap…?” He started to yawn, it was a long day for him.
Hinata nodded quietly when he said that. She would probably end up there that night. For now, a nap was in order. She set the keychain down by the bottle or water, swinging her legs onto the bed. She closed her eyes, ready for some peace and quiet.
When Hinata closed her eyes, a figure appeared in the room but was silent. He sat down on a stool by the end of the bed and glanced at Hinata.
You seem to enjoy staying here… Cassius’ spirit thought to himself. He glanced out through the window and stared at the full moon. He smiled… and disappeared without a trace.
Hinata's eyes shot open, and she sat up glanced around the room. She could have sworn she had felt someone else in the room, but there was no one. Rubbing her eyes, she laid back down.
"My age is catching up," she mumbled.
Tolkalee sighed, and sat down to meditate. Seth also sat to meditate. Tolkalee was trying to find Hinata, maybe she was in her observatory again. He could talk to her there.
Dakota glared down at the ground and summoned himself a flower bed to lay down on. He plopped his face down onto the miniature garden and fell asleep almost immediately.
(Just trying to imagine that made me smile Altrince XD)
Hinata finally drifted off to sleep. She walked slowly to her Observatory, enjoying the time alone. Suddenly, she heard a ding in her pocket. She reached down, looking at the notification.
Someone is trying to contact you, the message said. Stepping lightly, she entered the Observatory to see who it was.
"Tolkalee? I'd better get him here then." She stepped back. Since Tolkalee was wanting to get in, she didn't have to use the fishing device. She stepped to the wall and drew a door with chalk again, twisting the knob and pulling it open.
"Hey Tolkalee."
(Dakota is the most wholesome and childish Viscount, though he does act like a gentleman… sometimes XD)
