"Nope, Also A1 was a hit.." he said, "H5?"

"Cool and no. F5?"

"Nope" said Firiko, "J9?"

"Yep…" He said and placed a hit marker down. "K7"

"Ahhg, yes" he said, "J10?:

"Nope. K6." He said looking at his board.

"Yes.." he sighed, "J8"

"Yes… K5?"

"Nope" said Firiko, "J7?"

"Yes….. K7"

"You already went there.." said Firiko.

A few hours later the game was over and they started counting up the sink ships.

Firiko sighed, "So… I have four down.." he said.

"same…." He said and sighed.

"Hmm… well… What do we do now?" asked Firiko.

"No idea… But I think we are still talking." He said and laughed.

"This is true.." said Firiko, his wings having stretched out on the floor behind him, the feathers poking up at seemingly odd angles.

"So I guess we are pretty good." Ash said smiling as he cleaned up his mess of the game.

"Yeah.. I guess we are," he said, "Uhmm.. I still don't know what to do about the soulmate thing."

"I have no idea either… Sorry I'm so awkward." He said and smiled sadly.

"Hey It's okay" he said, "At least you're not the weirdo with wings.."

"You are awesome looking. You are not a weirdo with wings." He replied.

"Ash do you know how awkward these things are?" he asked.

"No. That is because I don't have them. If you haven't noticed." Ash said and laughed.

"Well, as far as everyday life goes they are a huge pain…" he said, "I have to get all my clothes hand made cause of these.." he gestured to his wings, which were splayed on the ground.

"Sounds slightly annoying at times." Ash said and looked at his wings. "Probably expensive."

"Expensive is right.." he huffed, "Sometimes I wonder if it'd be worth just going without.."
