Ethan smiled down at him. "Besides work? No."
Ethan smiled down at him. "Besides work? No."
He nodded and headed out to the streets below “mel was asking for you the other day.” He teased
Ethan raised an eyebrow. "She was? Why?" Hw asked curiously.
He shrugged "No Idea, I think she wants help around the dog sitter's place. Not many people to help her recently." He speculated, having no clue why Mel requested Ethan's presence
Ethan nodded. "Just ask her when. I'll have to check woth my work schedule."
He nodded "I'll ask." He bunched his lips to the side of his mouth in thought "She's never needed help before…."He glanced up and side swept a person, almost bumping into someone
Ethan pulled him into his side. "She probably want to do the whole interrogation thing."
He nodded and smiled in thanks "Probably." He pulled open the door to the cafe
Ethan walked in and waited for Raz to catch up to him.
Raz walked after 4 other people came in "I think they thought I was holding the door open for the whole freaking world including them." He said in slight annoyance. "Know what you want yet?"
Ethan laighed and kissed his head. "Oh your poor thing." He grabbed his hand once more. "Not yet, i was waiting for you."
"I am not, and it's not my fault everyone thinks their higher than human in the self-righteous world." He grumbled, trying to hide his embarrassment "I'm getting steak and waffles. Best in town…only ones in town too."
Ethan chuckled and pulled him into his chest. He kissed him softly. "I'll just a stack of pancakes."
He kissed him back and smiled "Thank you…pancakes are great here too." He muttered softly, kissing him again before pulling away to order their food
Ethan rubbed his back before moving his hands to his sides. He watched Raz intently.
"Raziel Gare, is that you? my word I havn't seen you in a good minute or two! How have you been?" An older woman greeted, leaving angry customers to tend to Raz "I'm great Ridley. How are you?" He asked, hugging the woman over the counter. "Fine, same as usual. Now who is that beautiful thing you dragged in here?" she asked, eyeing Ethan "i saw that kiss he gave you. Spill."
Ethan leaned back, slinging an arm around Raz. He smiled at the conversation.
Raz leaned into him, finding familiar comfort in his warmth. Ridley smiled at the small interaction "he's everything to you. And you're everything to him." He stuck out her hand in greetings to Ethan "Im Ridley."
Ethan shook the woman's hand. "Ethan." He said. He smiled down at Raz.
He glanced up and blushed with a smile.
"I'll get your guy's order right away, the back booth is for you guys as always." she winked and headed tot he back. to get the food and drinks.
Raz nodded and headed towards the back of the cafe
Ethan smiled at the woman and followed Raz to the back. He climbed into the back booth and waited for Raz to do the same.
He sat across from him and glanced around "busy like hell today," he noted with a smile
"Must mean that this place is good then." Ethan said. He slung his arm around his shoulders.
He shifted next to him and wrapped his arms around Ethan's torso "Ridley's been here since I was a kid. Me and my brother used to go here all the time."
Ethan riases an eyebrow at the mention of a brother. "Am I going to get to meet this brother?"
He shrugged "If you'd like. He's not very happy with me but what better time to annoy the hell out of my brother than now?"
Ethan looked down at him. "Why not? What heppened between you two?"
"I told him I was Bi and he left with my dad, leaving me and my mom to live alone. Plus he didn't agree that writing was a good profession." He rolled his eyes and sighed "I've talked to him over the phone and stuff but I can still sense that he's mad."
Ethan rubbed his side gently. "Well screw him then. You've got me now." He promised him.
He smiled softly "YOu're my new brother now? that's concerning, considering I've slept with you."
