"Yup!" Ellie chirped "But how far would that be," Ellie mumbled under her breath.

"You know I can hear what you mumble right?" Miko chuckled as the sentence went "And only we get to decide far far we go"

"Yes we can, Marriage, a house, a dog, Chi-" Ellie cut herself off before she could finish her trail of happiness off.

Miko chuckled

"I-I don't know if you want any of those things," Ellie mumbled

"Dogs aren't my favorite but if we had a cat. And kids are to be discussed" Miko laughed at herself

"Ok Miko," Ellie smiled.

A beaming smile from Miko and spirit making this moment better

"Would you like to continue planning?" Ellie smiled

"yes of course"

"Continue," Ellie smiled waiting for Miko to tell her what to do next

"we could use flowers that were grown here but mostly lavender and myrrh for luck" Miko smiled at the flower idea

"Luck? we don't need luck," Ellie chucked.

"I know a few people who don't really like relationships like ours and would try to crash our wedding since they are in my family" Miko looked down her brother was severely against same sex marriage so was her sister and aunt

"Ok then yes luck is needed," Ellie said wide-eyed and shocked

"Yeah Mark, Lelani, and Star all hate it" Miko said in a low voice hushed by her sadness

"I don't have contact with family anymore so ya, they won't mind," Ellie said giving an awkward saddened smile.

Miko put her hand on Ellie's cheek know that her own tears in her eyes were nothing

"I'm fine Miko," Ellie said through a river of silent tears running down her face. "Really I'm ok,"

"you're crying Ellie" Miko pulled Ellie into her arms and held her

"People are assholes," Ellie said her face smushed against Miko's chest.

"yes they are" Miko agreed and held her fiance

"If I was a boy we could have been expected," Ellie says tearfully

Miko had her cloak wrapped around Ellie "you are perfect Ellie don't shame yourself"

"We could have been normal though," Ellie said with the tear river coming back.

"Normal is boring. being us is special" Miko looked at Ellie wishing she could take her pain away

Ellie squeezed Miko, "Thanks," Ellie said her voice still muffled by Miko's chest

Miko looked down at Ellie and softly kissed her forehead

"W-Well what do you want to do now," Ellie said sniffling and wiping away her tears.

"Well we need a guest list don't we" Miko thought about her family and friends who she could invite from that small group
