Adara's cheeks reddened slightly, but she didn't comment. "So… how do I help hi-them?"
Adara's cheeks reddened slightly, but she didn't comment. "So… how do I help hi-them?"
Lychan pushed the button
Loki looked at him "LYCHAN DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT DID?!?"
"nope" Lychan shrugged
The Lost Wanderer smiled again.
“There’s no need to hide the feelings you have for him…” he stated.
“Anyways, two of the three pieces of information of Aisen are in here while the other one, I believe is in his personal cabin… though we’ll go to that later…” he suggested.
Adara sighed, rubbing at her suddenly warm face. "Okay. So… we just need to get the three things together, or…"
The new Knight’s helmet’s eye pieces flashed a golden light.
“Greetings, my name is ————t Th—u, a Knight from th— S—l La——nth“ the voice of the tape was crippled and mumbled, it was hard to decipher what the message said. From the statement, it would only appear that this was a voice record used by the owner of the helm to introduce himself.
“No… you’ll have to either show him items related to his lifetime or tell him about his story by the information you’ll soon gather” he explained again.
"I thought that he knew about- wait no, that was Cassius."
“Knew about… what?” He was interested.
Adara shrugged. "When I first got here, I met Aisen's older brother, Cassius. He told me how the brothers had died, and seemed to remember how he did too."
“Did he tell you about it though? If so, we’ve got to find two more pieces of information…” he explained.
"He said they died in a terrorist attack."
"he must have had trouble talking or he knew he would die or lose this so he mad this" Loki inspected the helmet further "I wander who's it was"
The Lost Wanderer thought about it for a moment.
“That could be possible, though I won’t say that it is correct. You’ll have to see Aisen’s reaction for yourself…” he turned to the pile of items in the middle of the Arena.
“If you want to make sure, I’m pretty sure the item or information regarding how he died is in here as well as the clue of his sinful act…” he explained.
(Investigation time for Adara~!!)
(The closest item that stood out was an old radio which was right beside a pile of newspapers. Behind the two items mentioned was a red window curtain and on the curtain were four dice. Beside the curtain, a table was there and on top of it was a safe and a hunter’s rifle that was not loaded but had some bullets beside it. A broken chair was present behind the table and to the right of it was a small map. The last item that stood out aggressive was a thick blue book that was opened on the floor)
(Well damn it I'm going to fail…)
"But you can't be sure?" She asked, moving over to the pile and picking up the book.
The Knight’s helmet that Lychan held returned back to its inactive form. The light switches on its eyes were turned off.
(this is getting fun)
Loki pointed to the shelves "should we check the books?"
Lychan nodded "yup we should"
“No, unfortunately I can only assist you but if you’re correct, a change or reaction will surely be present on the entity, in this case, Aisen” he claimed.
The book Adara picked up was titled “Ways to ‘Cheat’ in Marketing” and had several pages that were bookmarked, all of which were ways to fool another company’s businessmen to place all their money on the line.
Adara threw it back down, and continued to look, picking up first the newspapers, then the broken chair. She threw them both down with a groan.
The books on the shelves varied. Some were new, some were old and some can even be considered ancient. Not a lot stood out but between some books, envelopes can be found.
The Lost Wanderer noticed how aggressive Adara was towards the items.
“I would recommend you to calm down… try to think of someway that some of the items can be related…” he looked to the red curtain, the four dice and the small money safe.
"But I can't," she said, rubbing her eyes. "I'm tired and my brain hurts."
The Lost Wanderer thought of something.
“Well… do you want to sleep at my place for now? I actually don’t live here but… it’s better than being sleepy like this” he offered.
"Sure," she said with a yawn. "And I can look again tomorrow. He won't notice I'm missing. Maybe."
The Lost Wanderer laughed slightly.
“A little worried about your boyfriend eh?” He said, opening a portal to an incredibly clean room.
"No," she said, ignoring the redness growing in her cheeks.
The Lost Wanderer gave her a soft smile.
“Well… what are you waiting for?” He invited Adara to the other side of the portal.
She walked in.
When Adara arrived at the other side, the cloaked figure took off his cloak. The person behind the cloak was an attractive young man with dark brown hair and aquatic blue eyes. He seemed taller without the cloak than with the cloak on. He wore a black polo shirt and ripped jeans.
“Make yourself home… I live alone here so every room except one is empty…” he claimed, hanging his cloak on the wooden cloth hanger.
(Anddddddd I got to go, buh-byeeeee)
(Bye!)
Adara nodded. She moved to an empty room and collapsed onto the bed.
