She jumped slightly and glanced back at Drake, immediately regretting it upon seeing that he was shirtless. "A bit early for scaring the heck out of me." She retorted lightly
She jumped slightly and glanced back at Drake, immediately regretting it upon seeing that he was shirtless. "A bit early for scaring the heck out of me." She retorted lightly
Drake snorted, "My deepest apologies." He moved round to the other side of her, sitting and then lying down in the grass.
"sure," she muttered with a smile, averting her eyes from his beautiful form. You're screwed.
Drake chuckled, the sound deep before he sighed softly. He closed his eyes, "How long have you been out here for?"
"here under the tree or here out of the castle?" She asked
He shrugged, "Both I guess."
"10 minutes interested the tree. 5 hours out of the castle." She said, glancing down at him "you?"
"Uh… maybe fifteen minutes outside after I left my room." He replied, shrugging once again.
She nodded "anything Interesting happen while wI as gone?"
"Nothing that I know of." He replied, sighing.
"nothing you know of? What about your dragon?"
He was silent for a moment, "He knows nothing either."
She sighed and nodded "did you do anything new?"
He shook his head, “Nope. I just slept while you were gone.”
She nodded "I saw." She glanced away and blushed.
Drake raised a brow, “Did you now?”
"I went to check up on you when I got back and found you asleep, did you do something that I should know of?" She asked him
Drake chuckled, shaking his head and rolling onto his stomach, "No, I didn't."
She glared over at him, now able to look at him without blushing "that's a first. I'm sure it won't last long."
He snorted, sighing lightly, "You have so much faith in me, majesty."
She shrugged "I do, just not in the idea that you won't get yourself into trouble…again." Val laughed softly, glancing over her arms at the gardens through the willow tree's vines
Drake chuckled lightly, humming his agreement a second later, "I would never. Not after last time…"
She laughed softly "no, I would like to think you learned your lesson after last time."
Drake shivered dramatically, “Yes. Yes I certainly did.”
She laughed again "so what are we going to do the rest of the day?"
Drake shrugged, “No idea… we could always go swimming?”
She nodded "haven't done that in a while but sure." She stood and headed out from the canopy of the Willow tree
Drake stood and followed, walking in step beside her.
"lead the way," she said, stepping aside to let him go first
He nodded a little and started to lead them through the trees and towards the lake.
