Okay, nevermind, I think I found a few cases but they don't appear to be as bad as what people here were saying. So far at least.

Post them here for my education.
I think, if I’m reading this right, while the bill itself doesn’t promote this, there’s a chance that the law could be abused in some cases to count miscarriages that may have been caused due to the mother’s own stupid choices as murder.
…I could be getting stuff all wrong though.
I kind of agree with that. I would count it as manslaughter though.
Okay. I really like it. I think it's great. All the bad things about it are not actually true. It is a felony to perform an abortion. Women are not held responsible for it by any legal means. There is even a bit of it that allows an abortion for mental health reasons (but is hard to get). It allows abortion to save the life of the mother and to save the mother from being seriously injured.
Im sorry, you still agree with a bill that makes safe medical procedures illegal for doctors to perform, so a woman would have to either a) get an unsafe abortion and possibly die or b) travel to another state for the procedure? (which would be highly unsafe and impossible for younger/teenage women)
Yep. I agree with it completely.
Also, you seem to be forgetting about the third option: Not killing your baby for convenience.
I guarntee you that if you were in your older teens, you wouldn't.

More than likely in a state that signed this bill into law will abuse said law. That's what happens all the time around this country. Laws get abused to put one time drug (weed) offenders tried as adults and thrown in jail for the rest of their lives and while male athletes off of rape charges.
This bill limits women's rights Ella. Your rights to your own body. Men should not be making these decisions for you. Miscarriages are painful and sad and no woman should have to be questioned by the police after a such a loss. That is salt in a wound and traumatizing. It is unfair to treat women this way.
Yep. I agree with it completely.
Then I hope to the universe that you, a friend, or a sister are never in that situation with you because you would let them die.
Shame.

I did not say anything about letting people die…?
T_T
Not die die.
You wouldn't support your friend/sister/whatever in getting a safe procedure done so they would more than likely get an unsafe one where they could die.
OR
You would try and convince them to keep the baby that they do not want and therefore kill the person they wanted to grow up to be.
You see how that's insane?
I say that if the pregnancy is healthy, and the woman is physically able to have the baby, they should. If they do not want the baby, there are many people who are willing to adopt.
Seems much less insane than killing their child simply because they "don't want it"…
Wow. Just wow.
Like I said before. I hope that you or anyone you know is never in that situation.
I reiterate: only if the pregnancy holds no threat to the health of the mother or the child.
How can you have so much compassion for a fetus and yet none for the young woman going through this traumatizing experience?
???
(I wasn't talking to you, sorry I just happened to post it right after you posted your thing)
My mother had a miscarriage, and she has told me many times that she is more traumatized by that than the birth of my brother and I. My father and one of his first girlfriends refused to get an abortion for my older half-sister, and instead chose to adopt her out. He said that he regrets this for the fact that he gave up his child, not that he didn't ask his girlfriend to abort the pregnancy.
(Okay, sorry)
sigh
Miscarriages tend to be violent and extremely painful. More so than an actual birth. Most of the time a woman goes through it alone until they can get to a hospital and by that time the worst of it is over.
Abortions are not like that. They are safe and within a controlled environment with a highly trained professional at your side the entire time, or a phone call away if one chooses to do it at home.
I do not understand why people do not see the difference.
I guarntee you that if you were in your older teens, you wouldn't.
Really? Try telling that to the many teenagers, adults, and parents I’ve met, one of which who’s had an unplanned/unwanted pregnancy herself, that still believe killing an unborn baby is murder.

Try telling that to the teens who have been raped and needed to carry the baby of the man who violated their body because Georgia can't separate church and state.
sigh

I know so many women who have lost children (yes, sometimes multiple) to miscarriages, and it's awful. It's an awful experience for the whole family. And I know even more who have had babies that were stillborn or died less than 24 hours after birth. It's traumatic and shouldn't be worthy of arrest because Alabama can't get its head out of its ass.
Here's what I think
It shouldn't matter if you think abortions are wrong or not. That doesn't mean you should control whether or not a woman has access to a safe legal abortion. Just because its outlawed doesn't mean abortions will stop happening. It just means they'll stop happening safely and legally.
still a blatant attack on women. not to mention what this will do for population increase.

I have to agree there. A miscarriage is a horrible thing and it really shouldn't be worthy of arrest.
Women shouldn't have to be questioned after one either
I agree with that.
