Cassius knelt down. “Yeah, that would be smart…” he tried to use his ability to create the vein like strings he used, only to find that they can’t be summoned as the bullet wound flashed. Cassius’ eyes widen. “Caleb, host of Negative Field at your service…” a masked and coated figure walked into the building, wielding a pistol and a small lance.
"Hosea Williams General of the Wild Warriors. Demon Warrior of the North, and the dude that's about to ask why you're here," Tolkalee used a different name as he introduced himself.
“To answer your question Mr. Hosea…” The hunter fired at the ground once and created a smoke screen, appearing again with his gun locking Chris in place. “I’m here to take this guy with me…” he said as he pulled the trigger and created another smoke screen, this time with some chemicals in it making it harder to see through. When the smoke cleared, Chris and the hunter were both gone, leaving only a crow’s feather on the ground presumably Chris’.
"I hate gun users," Tolkalee said jumping up and looking around. "Who was that and is he remotely on our side, or do we need to go after them?" He turned to look at the other two.
Cassius and Sam both covered their mouths, coughing as the chemicals affected them. “That was Caleb, one of the rejected Knights of the 12th Generation…” Cassius explained before he coughed. Sam turned to the ventilation system as his eyes flashed, the smoke was then taken into it. Both of the Knights can now breathe normally. “That guy’s gun is not like a normal one. Every bullet that comes out depends on what he wants, for example as you saw was a smoke screen and a chemical fog” Cassius continued.
"Great, a tech gun dude," Tolkalee began looking around. "My least favorite combination, Cassius are you good?"
“Other than the fact that my ability won’t work for some apparent reason, I’m fine” Cassius told Tolk as he looked at the bullet wound.
In the Royal Building, Edge, one of the Knight and the guardian of the Portal Hallways, was carrying some ridiculous amount of documents. Why am I even doing this…I was suppose to open the Portals not be a damn slave… he complained in his mind. The documents were from the Soul Garden and the Harvesting Chamber. He struggled slightly to move while carrying them as the Officers walked by and had to laugh at how weird it looks, seeing a Knight carrying a huge pile of documents from one building to another.
Tolk glanced at both Sam and Cassius after a moment. "Do me a favor, and whenever we're around Mr. gun dude call me Hosea. Not Tolkalee," he sounded a little more serious than normal.
Seth noticed the knight struggling with the papers and walked up to him. "Need some help?" he offered.
Sam nodded as Cassius agreed on doing just that. “So, confirmation…We need to go get Matthew, Cronos, Hinata, Aisen and Loki, and now we need to find Chris…right?” Sam asked.
Edge noticed Seth. “That would be highly appreciated…” his arms were shaking as he said that. The files were much heavier than they look.
"I think Chris is our top priority considering he was just grabbed by one of the people that want all of you dead," Tolkalee said. He was standing right where the gunman had been still looking around at the ground.
Seth reached out and took half of the papers, turning to the rest of the people that were laughing at Edge. "I think you're done here, go on."
The crow’s feather was pitch black and was slightly cut. Another thing was beside it; it was a sun and moon keychain.
Edge turned to Seth. “Yeah thanks a lot for that…” he proceeded to walk to the Central Hall. “Oh right, I’m Edge Silver, host of Galactic Archery and master of the Portal Hallways” he introduced himself as he walked.
"Ah, so you're the person I need to speak with about going back to the land of the living," Seth said walking with Edge. "I'm Seth Dentialgo, Wild Warrior of the North."
Tolkalee bent down ant picked up both the feather and the key chain. "This look familiar to either of you?" he asked holding out the chain.
Edge smiled. “Well then, follow me. We can talk this out once we arrive at the hallways” he told Seth.
Cassius turned to the chain. “That’s Nis’ signature. Whenever he completes a mission or something he wants completed, he drops that thing” he pointed at the chain.
Hinata stopped, then turned to the others.
"…I have no idea where they are. Damn, I should have checked when I was in my Observatory."
loki stirred and woke up "Is anyone even here? if not cool i'm on my own again."
Matthew shrugged. He then turned as a figure appeared right behind him. “Well well…hello there Matthew” the figure held a pistol straight to Matthew’s head with his finger by the trigger. Cronos and Desmond turned to the voice.
"WTF." Hinata jumped slightly. She turned to the voice.
He aimed the pistol straight at Cronos while having his knife by Matthew’s throat. “Everyone Freeze…” he ordered.
"Does it look like I was moving," Hinata mumbled. She stood still, looking at the figure.
“Just in case…” he fired a bullet straight at Cronos’ throat and another through his shoulder. He then aimed it at Desmond and fired at his chest. When Cronos tried to slow down time before the bullet hit, the bullet wounds on him flashed and cancelled his ability. He then fired again at Matthew, leaving behind a condensed smoke screen. When the smoke cleared, both Matthew and the hunter disappeared.
"Well, shit." Hinata went over to Cronos.
"How bad is it?"
“It doesn’t hurt, but my ability doesn’t seem to work” he said before trying to use his ability again, only to realize that it doesn’t work. Desmond tried to disperse his daggers as well to have the same effect as Cronos.
Hinata looked around.
"I don't like this." She rested her hand on her swords for comfort.
Cronos and Desmond stood up. Cronos had to use his staff to find Cassius. He sent out an aura field, the only person who would react to this aura is Cassius. “Cassius is at the Research Building…for the rest, I’m not sure” he said as his staff disappeared.
"Well, it's better to know where one ally is than none." Hinata looked to the Research Building.
Desmond turned to the Research Building. He stood still for a while…”Other than Cassius, two other people are in there, one of them being a Knight” he said while closing his eyes.
