Laying on the ground in extreme pain reminded Tolkalee of his three months of torture, back when he was much younger. How had he gotten out? By playing dead.
When Tolkalee stopped moving, the two wolves behind Matthew walked up to him and slowly gnawed bit parts of his body, trying to rip them off and eat them. “When those two finish with his body, Kohaku can have his soul right?” Cronos asked. “That’s always how this works out…” Matthew said as he pet Kohaku.
Tolkalee's grip tightened on his dagger, he shot it up, slashing one of the wolves throats, Kicking the other away. Spots danced in his vision, from blood loss, and he was in way to much pain. Not waiting to see what would happen next he leaped out the window. Landing hard on his side, and feeling his arm crack. Injury number 19 he let out a groan, and looked up at the window.
Intharachit wanted to follow him down, but Matthew and Cassius stopped him. “Let’s not do that…we don’t want a pure Knight like Aisen to know about this” Cassius reminded. The wolves came back to Matthew, when he touched them, the cuts and wounds disappeared. “If he’s smart enough, he’ll know to keep his mouth shut…or else…” Matthew had a dark aura surrounding him as he grinned and petted the two wolves while leaving out the last part of the sentence.
Intharachit then turned to the other Knights.
“I think it’s better for me to leave before more people in here know about me…” he said before jumping out the window and flew somewhere else with his pure white wings. Cronos turned to Cassius and Matthew. “So what now…? Wait ‘til morning and act as if nothing happened…?” He asked the other two. Cassius had a sociopathic grin. “Well, of course…and as said before, we can always take care of him if he decides to open his mouth…” Matthew said to them as insanity shot through his eyes while he looked down at Tolkalee who was on the ground through the open window.
An announcement was made…
“Attention please all Knights, currently it is almost nighttime. Please remain in buildings or stay the night in the Royal Building as the Officers can help protect you all. For those of you who have a home of their own, please be aware that the Hunters can be nearby. So, check your surroundings before resting. Thank you” as the announcement ended, the sky had turned dark…almost pitch black.
Tolkalee groaned, and pushed himself up, holding his arm. He looked up at the forth floor and watched Intharachit fly out. He also locked eyes with Matthew, he wasn't sure what to do here. Going back in the house would most likely be suicide, but he couldn't leave Hinata and Loki in there. Not with those maniacs. It probably would have been wise to go back to the building than stay out in the dark. Yet Tolkalee did, he began limping away from the house. There was no way he would get far though. He needed help, very soon, because he didn't have to tool necessary. He sat down on a hill, gasping for breath and barely being able to see through the black spots in his vision.
“What are you doing here…?” The plague doctor Knight, Chris, asked Tolkalee as he walked up to him. He was still in his attire but he didn’t have his blade unsheathed.
"Oh, please tell me you aren't in on the little thing Matthew's got going on up stairs," Tolkalee fell backwards unable to keep himself up right. He had a small pool of blood expanding around him.
Chris knelt down. “I don’t know what you’re talking about, all I know is that I don’t think you should be out here…” a crow flew down and touched Tolkalee’s body, sending him and Chris to the Research Building. Tolkalee’s body was now on a bed. Chris then got out a first aid kit and started helping Tolkalee with his cuts and wounds.
Tolkalee directed him to the worst ones, so they could be treated first. "So you have no clue about what Matthew has on the forth floor?" Tolkalee's face twisted in pain. First they had to stop him from bleeding out, then Chris would have to set his arm.
Chris shook his head. “I barely know Matthew though I am good friends with his best friend, Cassius. From what I know, he supposedly the sweetest one out of all the Knights in my generation…” he said as he treated the cuts. Chris took a look at Tolkalee’s arm. “Fractured and cracked…” he walked away from Tolkalee to get something. He used the same method as Cassius, using aura to heal people, though Chris’ caduceuses are gray. Bone by bone, piece by piece, his arm was back into shape. Usable but not perfect.
Tolkalee sat up. "I wouldn't count on that," Tolkalee sighed. "He seems like it, but I have him to thank for this," he showed the wound in his neck. It probably should have been treated sooner, but it had clotted and his other wounds hadn't.
Chris’ caduceuses still haven’t disappeared. He took a closer look at the wound by Tolkalee’s neck. As he touched it, skin started regenerating by his neck. Chris had to make sure that Tolkalee’s blood flow was normal so he examined him from head to toe. “Okay, this should do it for now” Chris said as he walked to a nearby desk and took his gloves, hat and mask off.
loki sat up and heard loud noises groaning "great a fight"
Tolkalee let out a sigh, and went limp. He was exhausted, and kind of hurt. Mentally. The people he thought were his friends had turned on him and attacked him. "Tomorrow morning we have to go back to the house to get Hinata, Loki, and Aisen. Those were the only three not in on whatever they're doing on the forth floor."
after a few minutes loki went back to sleep
The three Knights who were on the fourth floor; Cassius, Cronos and Matthew, were already separated after they came down from upstairs. Cronos decided to stay in the room Tolkalee was in, while Cassius and Matthew chose different rooms on the second floor.
Chris turned back to Tolkalee. “Are you sure that you can trust Aisen…? That sucker’s also a sinister brat like his brother…” Chris told him as he kept his accessories in a cabinet then walked to wash his hands.
"Do you trust me?" Tolkalee asked dryly.
Chris was silent, he grabbed his umbrella and was going to head outside. As he grabbed the doorknob, he turned back to Tolkalee. “Of course I do…the real question now, is do you trust me?” He opened the door and headed outside, closing the door on the way.
"Yes I do," Tolkalee whispered before passing out.
Chris walked quite faraway from the building, he arrived at where someone told him to be. A figure walked up to Chris. “Well, why do you need me here…?” He asked with curiosity. The figure looked up and smiled; he was Amatsuki, the host of Moonlight Sonata.
Another figure walked into the Research Building and noticed Tolkalee. Well well, who’s the lucky man this time they thought as they walked towards him.
loki turned in her sleep jumping awake from her nightmare. standing up she walked to Hinata's room and knocked on the door "Hey, Hinata you there" feeling a bit bad if she had woke anyone
"I'd stay away from him if I were you," Seth spoke from behind the figure near Tolk.
The figure stopped. They looked up to Seth. They took off the mask they wore. “Sam Seraph, host of Technology Manipulation” he introduced himself subconsciously.
"Seth Dentialgo, Wild Warrior of the North," Seth introduced himself as well. Using one of his titles. "May I ask what happened to him?"
Sam turned to the security camera and his eye flashed. “From what I see, it seems like Chris, the plague doctor Knight took him here and…healed him…” Sam said as he looked at camera, then looked at Seth.
"Well, duh, I can see tha he was injured. What I want to know is, by who?" Seth retorted.
(looking for something to do at the house)
