Rachel paused for a moment before diving underwater. She kept her eyes open, even if it hurt a little, to look for the cave entrance. Come'on it had to be around here somewhere. She didn't have all that long and she could spot the witches from the corner of her eyes.

@croccin-champagne

Kanoa kept swimming down. She wasn't quite sure why, but soon enough, she hit the sand, a decent distance from the surface of the water. And then something caught her eye. I'm pretty sure that type of wood shouldn't be down here.

@ShadeStar

Rachel watched as one of the witches spotted a stick, no the stick. She began swimming towards it, but in her head she knew she would never reach it in time.

@croccin-champagne

Kanoa quirked an eyebrow, swimming the short distance with ease, and picked up the odd stick. And was struck with the same feeling from earlier.

@ShadeStar

Damn it, Rachel thought to herself as she began going back to the surface still invisible. She made careful movement to not splash as she surfaced and made her way back to the beach. The witches had the stick.

(That sounds so funny without context 😂😂)

Kova went up to get air and looked at Kanoa "whatcha got there?" She asked

Nearby Archer watched as the water moved a little ways away from the witches and realized Rachel came out, using a talisman to stay invisible.

@ShadeStar

Rachel moved over to Archer watching as her five minutes of invisibility come to an end, "They have the stick Archer."

@croccin-champagne

Kanoa swam back to the surface, only to immediately be greeted by Kova. "Uh…" She looked around warily, fairly certain it wasn't something to talk about out loud.

@croccin-champagne

"Take a look at this." Kanoa said, lifting it carefully to show Kova. "It just…looks like a stick, right? But this type of wood isn't native here." She was really hoping Kova wouldn't ask how she even knew that.

@StarkSpangledMayflower_Mad_Elder

Kova shook her head and dove back into the water

"What do you mean they got the stick?!" Archer growled. "Father will have our heads! You were always his favourite, so you must talk to him tonight!" He said in a panic

@croccin-champagne

Kanoa sat down on the sand to let her clothes dry, and was slightly startled to find that she wasn't holding the same stick anymore. It was a wand, like something out of a Harry Potter film.

@ShadeStar

"I mean they have the stick!" Rachel threw her hands up in frustration and panic, "The witch beat me to it. It was underwater in case you were wondering. Also I don't have to do anything brother dear, have fun dealing with his wrath without me!" She let out a nervous laugh.

@ShadeStar

"Like it's my fault?" Rachel snarked crossing her arms, "You were here much longer than I was, you could have found the stick yourself."

@StarkSpangledMayflower_Mad_Elder

(I'm dying lmfao(also shade, I apologize for Archer. I'm trying to develop a better villainous character))

"Qho wrote the guide book? Who decided that caves were not the answer. Who would have thought an accidental swim might of led to this. Father holds our l9fe source in his hands, we will perish without answers today." He muttered to himself

Kova looked at Kanoa and sighed "I feel bad that we left Londyn behind."

(Acartzens all have a talisman at birth that has a bit of their souls essence in it. This is their life source. Destroy that and the become immensely vulnerable)

@ShadeStar

"You can tell him that the guide book mislead us," Rachel said, "It was pure bad luck that they got the stick. Also don't tell him I almost managed to grab it, or do. Just keep me alive."
