“Well…you seem to be the weakest one here…not counting the fainted god…” the figure said before rushing directly at Aisen. Cassius’ caduceuses appeared above the figure, locking him in place. The figure gave Cassius a death stare before chanting something and got out of Cassius’ control. “IF YOU WANT TO DIE SO BADLY, SO BE IT PUPPETEER” The figure yelled as he rushed towards Cassius.
Katsuo rushed to stand in front of Cassius, holding his sword to defend.
Tolkalee slowed all time except for Hinata and Cassius. "Cassius move! Hinata help!" Tolkalee couldn't move without letting go of his hold on time.
“Thanks!” Cassius exclaimed before moving out of the way and having his red strings tie up the figure and send him flying to Matthew. Matthew has already summoned some enchanted metal spikes.
Hinata ran over to Katsuo, picking him up around the waist and moving him to protect Cronos. She left Tasuo, in his human form, there as well. She ran over to the others, summoning her last Companion Soul, Kagami.
Tolkalee's necklace was glowing brightly, while he held all of time still. "Cassius, get Asien out and then Cronos," he gasped, sweat dripping from his chin.
Cassius nodded and grabbed both Aisen and Cronos at the same time. He ran upstairs with the both of them since no one could see them up there.
The figure got pierced by Matthew’s metal
spikes, they coughed out some blood but still got out of the spikes. “You worthless beings…you don’t deserve the title of a KNIGHT…!!” The figure shouted pointing their scythe at Matthew.
"F*** NO!" Hinata tossed Kagami, who landed in human form between the figure and Matthew.
"Matthew, get out now!" Tolkalee lost his hold on time.
The figure was clearly exhausted, so they didn’t see the trap Matthew made.
The figure rushed towards Matthew, only to be greeted with an enchanted metal wall that he made invisible and a wall of spikes attacking them from behind.
Matthew walked towards the squished figure and patted Kagami’s head. “Thank you anyways little one…” he pushed the wall and spikes away from each other. The figure was now motionless and was clearly not breathing. Matthew grabbed on their mask. “Let’s see who you are…” he took the mask off and…was shocked. He backed up against a wall, beyond terrified.
Tolkalee ran over to Asien pulled one of his arms over his shoulders and started to run out of the room.
"What's wrong?" Kagami asked in a young, high-pitched, pre-puberty voice.
“I could heal him faster than you can I think. We’re blood related so…” Cassius told Tolkalee.
"Good," Tolkalee dropped him at Cassius' feet. "Heal him, and get as far from here as possible. We'll follow close behind." He ran back into the battle room.
Matthew looked up to where Cassius is, Cassius saw the terrified look on his face and walked down, leaving Aisen and Cronos upstairs. “What?” Cassius asked as Matthew pointed to the figure. Cassius inspected…his eyes widened with shock. “No…no no no…” Cassius was trying to make up his mind… “Caden, Ability Agile Assassination…Rejected 12th Generation Knight”
"Who the heck is this?!" Tolkalee asked looking at the person.
Hinata ran over.
Matthew turned to Hinata and Tolkalee. “You know that in one generation there can only be twelve Knights, right? This was one of the people who got rejected because they weren’t powerful enough” he explained.
Adara cursed. "I still don't know why I'm here!" She darted after the others.
"That's not good. How many have been rejected..?"

"Not powerful enough!" Tolkalee spat. "He just took out half the other Knights and almost killed us! How was he not powerful enough?!"
Matthew and Cassius looked at each other. “If we’re counting from the 11th generation to the 13th generation…there were 7…so 6 left, and I don’t fully remember all of them” Cassius answered.
Hinata shivered. Kagami bounced over.
"I don't like the sound of this…"
"Who is it, anyways?"
Cassius shook his head. “That was what I’m wondering…he was not this strong during the last fight…”
