"Matthew don't!" Tolkalee shouted after him. But was to late. "Help me move him now." He ordered pulling Cronos towards the base of a window.
"Matthew don't!" Tolkalee shouted after him. But was to late. "Help me move him now." He ordered pulling Cronos towards the base of a window.
"You'd better!" Hinata yelled after him.
"God, I wish I wasn't on vacation. If I were on the job, I could just pull up this world's specs and see what the hell is going on. What would happen without intervention, what I have to do to prevent it and twists Fate's arm…" Hinata trailed off.
Surprisingly, Matthew reached the Research Building without a problem. He went into the laboratory to see Asher’s (Knight H’s) and Gabriel’s corpses. I knew it… he thought to himself as he picked up their orbs.
In the hall that everyone was in, two Knights came out of a portal. One of them was shocked of how he got here while the other one was…Joseph.
Cassius’ caduceuses appeared again, transferring his energy to Cronos’ body. “He should be fine now…” he said as his caduceuses disappeared.
Aisen asked Cassius. “So…how are they going to leave this place if Moirai’s dead…”
Cassius sighed. “Well if it’s needed, one of us might need to forcefully open the portal for them…”
"I'm not leaving until I figure out what is about to happen, cause this ain't it," Tolkalee snapped, pulling Cronos under a window.
Matthew rushed through the door and closed it immediately after he got in. His breathing was fast and his body was soaked. He had two other orbs in his right hand. “Asher and Gabriel are both dead at the lab, other than that…I didn’t see anyone else in the building” he said to everyone while breathing heavily.
Aisen turned to Adara. “Remember when I told you to come visit my dimension when you have time…I take that back…” he said with a hopeless voice.
Adara laughed slightly. "Well, I'm here now, aren't I?"
Tolkalee jumped forward grabbed Matthew's arm and pulled him down. "Stay down or you'll end up a pincushion."
The two new figures that appeared were Joseph, the one who went on a break and an eleventh generation Knight who was kicked back here from another realm.
Joseph looked at everyone and was not catching up to what was going on. “Heh, weird sight but okay” he walked to the door and was about to open it to walk outside.
Aisen turned away. “I wasn’t really expecting it to turn out this way though…”
Adara sighed, laying a hand on his shoulder. "Well, you're not getting rid of me that easily. I want to help."
Something weird was happening…an announcement was made…but not by the Announcer…
“Greetings all Knights, as some of you might’ve seen or heard already, your brothers and sisters are getting killed one by one…WE are the ones responsible, WE go by the name of The Unvalued…To all the Knights of generations 11, 12 and 13 who are still alive, hope you all enjoy the rest of your time, all you gifted ones…”
"Ooooh I wish they could hear me right now," Tolkalee fumed. "They would be getting such a tongue lashing right now."
(Hey Daniel!)
Hinata looked at the newcomers.
"I swear, if this is about politics…"
The other newcomer was very confused. He yelled at Joseph who was about to leave. “Why the heck did you bring me back here?!” Joseph turned back. “Well, thought I might stop by and take you back here with me. Besides, you were gone for way too long…”
Tolkalee looked at the newcomers. "Get your asses on the ground now!" He snapped at them.
The other newcomer jumped at Tolkalee’s voice, so he did as Tolk said. Joseph, on the other hand, didn’t listen to the warning and walked out anyways. He closed the door as he exited the hall.
"What an idiot," Tolkalee was still on his feet. He figured that if the one arrow hadn't hurt him the others wouldn't. But the Knights were getting slaughtered. "Whoever this is they're a master archer. None of these arrows are coming in a straight line."
Through the window, a black and white scythe broke through, along with an ability orb…Portal Traveller. Cassius took a moment to look at it while still healing Cronos slightly. You idiot Joseph he thought to himself. The scythe was stuck on the ceiling.
Tolkalee grabbed the orb and put it with the other one he had. In the same instant drawing back his bow and sending an arrow back directly the way the black and white one had come from. He was pretty sure he hadn't hit anything though. "Dammit!" He cursed.
An unfamiliar figure opened the door. They were wearing a black and white mask and a coat with hues alike. “Oh…What a great place to get some Knights killed…” they looked around then looked at Aisen “Duality…” turned to Cassius “Anatomy Puppeteer…” then to Matthew “Nature’s Messenger…” next, to the fainted Cronos “Time Master…” and lastly, to the newcomer “Demonic Flame…” They raised up their hand and the scythe that got stuck on the ceiling came right to their hand.
Tolkalee turned and pulled out another arrow. Not even asking a question, he let it fly.
Hinata stood over Cronos. She summoned Tatsuo, wielding him in his sword form.
The figure reflected the arrow towards Aisen’s shoulder and it hit. Aisen let out a slight pained cry.
"Shit," Tolkalee snapped. "Matthew cover the other Knights!" He ordered switching his bow for his short sword. He slowed time and stopped inches from the person. "Who are you, and what do you want?"
Hinata stayed over Cronos, protecting him. She summoned Katsuo, in his human form.
"Help Matthew," She instructed.
