"Sorry haven't tried using a Slinky yet." Jay said then put his stuff and the drugs(medicine) down on the counter with the other medical stuff. Then lifted up his shirt and cleaned a fresh cut.

"Have fun. Be careful around the other people here, don't mention my name to anyone." Jay responded cheerily.

"if im lucky ill get my head bashed in" she said.

Brink sighed softly "be careful, kitty." He muttered softly

"Always am" she said and left the room she wandered into the woods her head was spinning visions of brink in her mind voices telling her she wasn't good enogh he was was using you he never loved yo " shut u up" she screamed it didn't stop she lost contro she took a branch and stabbed herself in the stomach

Jay after finishing cleaning his cut drank is apple juice… Then he pulled a metal Slinky out of a drawer and tossed it at Brink.

Vanessa put a hand over her wound as she puled the branch out the blood mwouldnt stop she got to themroom and knocked on the do8r

Jay sighed and walked over and opened the door. "Why." He said exhaustedly then pulled her into the room.

" there getting in my head showing me things about the person I love" she said.

"I'm not even going to pretend to understand what you just said. Now go sit on the bed over there." Jay said then grabbed some medical supplies.

(I never mentioned this but they are in an abandoned hospital that some people have decided to live in like a free apartment.)

" jay listen to me my mind is filled with fers about brink and it won't stop until I kilo myself" she said

Jay nodded then sat down next to her and poured the alcohol onto her wound. "Honestly. There are better ways to be rid of thoughts." He replied calmly.

" everyone has has a switch to turn off love but the person you love has to do that " she said and glanced at brink

Jay nodded. then he handed her a popsicle stick. "I'll need you to bite down onto that."

She put it in her mouth and bit down.

Jay finished cleaning the wound then grabbed a needle with string attached to it. He pulled out a lighter and heated up the needle. When Jay was satisfied he began sewing her up.

Brink had gone off to the 7th floor to play with the slinky Jay had found and to think about what Vanessa had said.

Vanessa screamed with the stick in her mouth

"Oh shut up. this can't feel worse than what you did to yourself." Jay replied and finished sewing her up. Then cleaned up the blood and covered it in bandages.

She took out her phone I need to talk to you "she sent to brink

Jay then walked away put all the medical stuff into the cabinets then… He laid on the counter.

Brink glanced down at his phone, the brightness making it impossible for him to concentrate "what about? You told me everything I needed to know back there."

"You're right, you tried to kill yourself and they are getting in your head. You're wrong about needing me though. You seemed to do fine without me when you were with your dad and working at the asylum."

"yeah, after 6 months of torture. I've seen a murder happen faster,*" brink climbed up to the raftings and perched in a corner, his tattoo glowing slightly
