Knights K and L made it near the entrance hallways before the other knights did (Knight L can make portals while Knight K is the most agile out of all the knights). Knight L stayed outside, just in case the culprit managed to escape. While Knight K walked within the entrance hallways, which in itself is a maze as well. Knight K showed a slight sociopathic grin whilst walking within the hallways, making sure that his footsteps were loud enough that the culprit can hear.
The other Knights took different routes to get to the culprit except for Knight C who is currently with Seth and Tolkalee in the Central Hall.
Loki walks up to the spirit "h-hello? May i ask who you are?"
Hinata went to check on her parents and the soul.
Hinata's father looked up.
"Did you get him?"
Hinata shook her head.
Seth checked Tolk carefully, the Knight wasn't lying. He softened his tone. "My bad, I apologize for getting all defensive, most of the other Knights we've met haven't been very nice."
Hinata's mother stood up.
"You'll get him, I know you will."
The spirit Loki asked was an Officer of the Labyrinth. “Hm…? Well, I don’t really have a name. People do call me The Judge here…”
Hinata turned to the soul, who was sitting against the wall.
"So, who are you?"
"Though I would like to request that you leave before he wakes up," Seth warned. "He was raised in a hostile environment so he can react with violence when he wakes up with people in the room. Last time it happened someone ended up skewered."
Knight C stood up and put his hands behind his back subconsciously. “I understand. We, the Knights, aren’t actually very friendly…but sometimes, it’s kinda nice to go out of our way and help people…like your brother here” he gestured to Tolk.
The soul sighed. “My name isn’t important, all you need to know is that I’m a Hunter. I came here for to get my brother, but ended up getting destroyed by the Knights…”
Hinata looked at the soul.
"I'm a hunter too. I came here to look for my parents-" She motioned to her mother and father, "-but now I have to retrieve a soul marble from one of the Knights. They took my Companion Soul, and I can't leave without him."
“Which Knight took them? If they aren’t that strong, I’ll help…my brother was ended earlier anyway so I have nothing to do except leaving now…” The soul explained.
(Um, wait, I can't remember if Hinata knows if Knight K doesn't have Tatsuo anymore, um… help?)
Seth shook his head. "My bad, I said he was my brother. We're close enough to be brothers, but we're not actually related by blood," he corrected both the Knight and himself.
Knight C smiled “Good to know. Well, I guess…See you around?” The knight nervously spoke to Seth as he walked out of the room.
(Cronos told her that Conner didn't have them)
"I… don't know. Not Knight K, I know that much…" She nearly whispered the last part. She had a feeling he might not help her.
Seth glanced down at Tolk, he was alive and out of the danger of death. And he was breathing shallow enough that if any other Knights came in, they'd probably think he was dead. Seth decided to go find Hinata again.
The soul slightly sighed. “That just means I won’t get kill if I help. But I can’t guarantee that I can help much though…some of the Knights are too hard to reason with and some are just too hard to fight with” the soul said in a hopeless voice.
Hinata sat down next to the soul.
"Nothing we can't handle." She looked at her parents.
"Families are always stronger together."
Tolkalee woke up to the sound of footsteps echoing all around him, but not quite in the same room. He was alone from what he could tell. Groaning he tried to get up, and found out that putting pressure on his right arm was out of the picture. It was dislocated. Probably from when he went down hard. His open wounds however, were all gone.
Knight F (Cronos) got a gem hidden inside the room within the Library. He placed the gem inside the staff he had before leaving.
Hinata turned to the Hunter.
"Need help up? We should get going."
“I can still move…Don’t worry” the hunter slowly stood up. “Where are we going…?” They grabbed their scythe and rested in on their shoulder.
Seth walked up to Hinata's group and waited. He studied Hinata for a moment before asking. "Did Tolkalee help you out at any point?"
"I don't know," she said to the Hunter.
"Yes, he did, why?" Hinata said carefully, turning to face Seth.
"Would that be his hoodie still on you?" he asked
