Xander lowered his head. Nice going, coward.

"It's ok don't be ashamed of yourself."

"I'm not sure ashamed is the right word? That's just kind of the way I am," Xander sighed.
He glanced towards the house and gave a slight motion towards it.
"So, everyone else is in there?"

"Yup everyone else is in there Evie is drooling over the new girl," Ellie giggled

Xander smiled. "Heh… that's kind of cute."
He started walking towards the house, making sure Ellie followed him.

Miko tries to snap Evie out of her trance "EVIE!! SNAP OUT OF IT!!"

Evie blinked and looked at Miko. "What?"

"your drooling LITERALLY" miko said laughing

Evie quickly turned away from Audrey, her face quickly heating up with embarrassment. Stupid, stupid, stupid!

miko gestured toward the kitchen "we need to talk Evie"

Evie winced and followed Miko into the other room. "What?"

"What is wrong with you you see her and your head goes into the clouds!!" Miko said with concern

Evie played with a piece of her hair: a habit of hers when she was nervous. She mumbled something that Miko couldn't hear.

Miko's look softened "tell me please"

"She's cute," Evie repeated.

"that explains it" miko hugged Evie to calm her from her frustration

Evie was a bit startled at the hug, but she relaxed slowly.

miko let go "need a wing-girl" she asked and winked

"That would be appreciated," Evie sighed happily.

"let's roll" miko started strutting confidentially towards audrey

Evie followed, much more shyly.

Evie bit her lip and straightened up a little more as she walked.

miko smiled at her friend "Be confident"

"You say it like it's easy," Evie muttered.

"hey i know what it's like to like someone. Remember you were my wing-girl" miko said in a hushed tone as they neared Audrey
