Amber finished washing up and turned the water off, hearing the sound of a violin when she did so. She grinned, grabbing a towel to dry off before wrapping another around her hair. Stepping out, she leaned against the doorframe and watched William play, her gaze soft. Gosh, she’d missed this…
When William felt eyes on him, he opened his eyes to find Amber looking at him, her gaze soft. His own softened as well. He stopped and set the violin aside, trying to mask the disappointment he felt when he saw her wearing the towel. Then again, he didn’t need the temptation. Just knowing she was naked was enough to drive him crazy.
“Hey, there,” he murmured, eyes on her face and nowhere else. “Did you enjoy your shower?”
“I did, thank you,” Amber replied softly, pushing herself off the frame to make her way over. “And now I smell like you. I don’t know if that’s a good thing because I’ll constantly be in your scent, or if it’s a bad thing because I smell like a dude.”
William chuckled, looking over at her in amusement. He stood up, the sheets falling from his tall frame. He walked towards her, pulled her close to him and breathed her in. “Think of it this way,” he murmured, hot breath fanning her ear, lips barely touching the organ, “You have my scent over you. Mine. Another way for me to mark you.”

“Yeah… Definitely a good thing,” Amber breathed, wrapping her arms around him and holding him close in a hug. She nuzzled his neck softly, not to tease this time but to show love. This was seriously turning out to be a perfect day. Granted, it was almost over. But she got to spend the night with her favorite person in the world, so it was going to end perfectly, too. “So do I get clothes, or am I sleeping without anything on?”
William smiled at her hug and wrapped his own arms around her. He tilted his head to kiss her cheek softly. He loved this woman.
“Thank you,” he murmured, caressing her cheek tenderly. “For today. For letting me love you like this. And I suppose I could get you some clothes. Unless you prefer to be naked?”
Amber’s smile widened, and she leaned into the kiss, kissing his cheek back when he had pulled away and leaning into his hand after that. “Of course, hun. I was glad for the opportunity, too. And if you think you can handle it, I can sleep naked. It’ll keep me closer to you.”
Warm eyes looked over at her face, looking at every small detail. Her sparkling yet tired blue eyes. He brushed a thumb over her eyelids before bending down and kissing them.
“I can handle it,” he said gently. “You need your rest. You already know I won’t do anything unless you give me consent.”
Amber’s gaze softened further at his words and actions. Gosh, he was perfect. So ridiculously perfect. She loved him so much.
“I love you so much,” she sighed, leaning into him. “Let’s go to sleep, love.”
William kissed her on the forehead beforr he bumped their noses together. She was beautiful. “Can I at least take a shower?” He teased. “I don’t fancy being sweaty, you know.”
Amber crinkled her nose in playful thought. “I don’t think so. I think you should lay with your girlfriend,” she hummed, kissing him soft and quick. “But if you must…”
“I must,” William caressed her cheek again. “I won’t be long, so don’t worry. You can put your clothes in the laundry if you want.”
Amber reached up to press their lips together again. “I can do that in the morning. Then you can show me how to work it while I’m wearing your clothes,” she hummed with a wink.
William rested his hand to the back of her neck to press their lips together a little harder. "Deal," he muttered, "Now, you'll need to let me go. The sooner I shower, the sooner we can cuddle."
“All right, all right… Go get clean,” Amber chuckled softly, pecking his cheek before releasing him and taking a step back. “I’ll be here, waiting for you.”
"You could sleep if you want to," William caressed her cheek lightly before turning his back on her, raising his arms to stretch as he walked towards the bathroom. "See you in a bit, Blue."
Amber couldn’t help her eyes flickering over the view he gave her when he turned and walked away. She smiled before chuckling to herself and letting the towel fall, then found a place to hang it up to dry along with the one around her hair. Once that was done, she sat down on the bed and slipped under the covers, burying herself up to her nose as she grinned.
William’s eyes fell on the bathroom mirror as he passed it, smirking when he caught the red marks on his body. That woman… he chuckled. She sure was something, wasn’t she? It was a good thing, though. He had left some presents for her, too, so they were even.
After a few minutes, he was done with the shower. He cleaned up after himself, wiping the mirror with a paper towel. He set the shampoo, soap and body soaps neatly on the rack before he finally exited the bathroom, towel wrapped around his lower regions.
Amber glanced up when the door opened, grinning at William when he stepped in. She bit her lip and looked over his chest before meeting his eyes and blinking once. Shifting over slightly, she made room for him beside her under the covers.
“Welcome back. Come lay with me,” she said softly.
She hadn’t dressed, William realized. His eyes raked her body hidden underneath the covers, but it was clear that she was naked still. He took a deep breath, rid himself of the temptation and hung his towel on a chair before crawling into bed. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her into him, tangling their legs together.
“You smell like me,” he murmured. “I like it. A lot. Almost as much as having you in bed with me, completely naked.”
Amber grunted, trying not to become flustered by the whole situation. It had been while since she had done this, and it wa the first time she had with William. This whole thing was pretty much new to her again, but she loved it. She loved that it was new with him, like everything else had been washed away.
“You make me feel clean again,” she admitted in a breath, closing her eyes and reloading into his chest. “Like you were my first. And I only wish that you were.”
William smiled at her confession, running his fingers through her wet hair. He would make sure to make her feel this way every time with her. As if he was her first—as if she was for him. He felt the same way as she did. He’d had girlfriends before, but William hardly wanted them. He both desired and wanted Amber. Like she was his lifeline, like she was his oxygen.
“You were never unclean,” William murmured, kissing the top of her head. “Never. But if I can make you feel this way… then I know I’m doing something right, and I’ll keep doing it this way. I wish we were each other’s firsts, too, but I like it anyway.”
“I was unclean, but thank you, Will. It means a lot to me,” Amber murmured, her eyes closing. The feeling of his fingers running through her hair was going to put her right to sleep. “That feels nice…”
William kissed her on the forehead again, massaging her scalp as he ran his fingers through her hair. “Well, you can say whatever you’d like, but I’ve never thought of you as unclean, and I never will,” he murmured into her ear. “Go to sleep, love. You’re tired.”
“So are you. Keep doing that. It’s putting me to sleep,” Amber yawned, burying her face in his chest.
William hummed, continued running fingers through her hair. “Goodnight, love. I’ll see you in the morning.”
Amber hummed sleepily, tightening her arms around him. “Night, Will… Love you.”
[TIME SKIP: Next Day]
William exhaled deeply, shifting and pulling the woman in his arms closer to himself. He was tired, but he felt more refreshed than he’d ever been. He opened his eyes, blinking before his vision cleared. The sleeping face of his beautiful girlfriend filled it. He smiled, reaching out to gently caress her cheek and her lips.
He still couldn’t believe what they did yesterday. She’d trusted him enough to give herself to him. He was going to make sure she never regretted it. William leaned forward to give her a kiss.
“Morning, love,” he murmured, pulling away and wrapping himself around her more.
Amber shifted at the feeling of something touching her face and her lips. And then another pair of warm, soft lips met hers, and she smiled. Slowly, she opened her eyes, fighting back a yawn as she looked up at her beloved.
“Morning, Will,” she murmured back, her voice hoarse from sleep. “How’d you sleep?”
Their eyes met and William nearly melted under her gaze. She was beautiful. That hazy look in her eyes, the faint blush on her cheeks. And then that voice she spoke to him with.
“It was perfect,” he nuzzled her cheek, kissing her bare shoulder, the spot he’d left a mark on. “How was yours?”
