I’ve never been able to get into vocaloid. It’s just music. How is anything canon ever? I don’t get it. I’m totally okay if you guys like it I just don’t understand how it works myself

Basically, this: the creator of the Vocaloids sometimes give the mascots (the characters everyone sees as the Vocaloid) backstories or little tidbits that are true about what the creators think of the mascot.
Take Hatsune Miku: She is cannonly an android from the future, 16, and here for music.

Not really, but I’m doing okay. I’m just really worried about my mom. It’s alright though… bbbuuuuttttt anime has been my saving grace.
