Jay popped his ear buds in and walked out the door, ready to walk to house, which was two blocks away. He didn't have drama club today and he was a little happy about it, he wanted to hang out at home today.
(Quick question what day of the week is it?)
(um…you can decide.)
Carson frowned when he saw Jay walking. "You don't drive?" He asked him, crossing his arms.
(Okay how about Thursday)
Jay noticed him and smiled, "Nah, I don't have a car. It's easy to get to my house though, I only live two blocks away."
(Okay)
Carson rolled his eyes. "I'll drive you. It's not safe to be walking." He started walking towards his car.
Jay followed him, "Are you sure, you don't have to you know."
"It's fine. Can't have my date getting kidnapped before I even have the chance to take him out now can I?" Carson teased.
Jay rolled his eyes, his face starting to turn a bit red, "Ha, whatever. Fine." He lightly smiled.
Carson chuckled and unlocked his car. He tossed his bag in the backseat before getting behind the wheel.
Jay climbed into the passengers side and sat his backpack on his lap.
"Which way am I going?" Carson asked, backing out of the parking spot.
Jay gave him the directions and they started the short drive.
Carson stopped in front of his house. "I'll see you tomorrow."
"Yeah, see ya!" Jay smiled back at him and got out
Carson smiked and wauted until Jay walked into his house before driving off.
Jay went inside and immediately flopped on couch, "Our date is two days away…" he mumbled excitedly.
Carson drove to work, stopping at his house to grab something to eat. He changed into his work clothes once he got there.
A couple hours later, Jay got ready for his shift at the restaurant. He got his sister, Macy to drive him.
(Time skip to date? Or next day?)
Carson's shift went well though he did only get an hour of sleep. Friday went by as normal, though he did let Jay stay with him for study hall again. Carson opened at work and didnt get iff until 4, so he texted Jay saying he'd pick him up for their carnival date at 5. Ge was glad it was open until 9, though he doubted they would be there that long. He woke up and arrived at work at 6. It was normal, busy as usual on yhe weekened. He drove hone after his shift, showered, and took a quick nap. He arrived at Jay's house at exactly 5. Here he texted.
Jay textured back, Okay, I'm coming out! Jay ran outside and quickly got into the car, he was excited, "Hey, Carson!" He said with a smile, "You ready?"
Carson sighed inwardly. Jay was so excited it made him cringe. He wasn't a very social person and this was way out of his comfort zone. "Yep. I'm assuming you are." He started driving towards the carnival.
Jay calmed down a bit after seeing his slight discomfort, he smiled lightly, "Yeah." God…I hope I don't mess this up…
"You're welcome to play something on the radii." Carson spoke after a moment. He rested an arm on the consol.
"I'm good with whatever you want to listen to," Jay replied his eyes flicking over to look at the radio.
Carson flicked it on to a random station and relaxed in his seat. He pulled up to the carnival and parked as close as he could. He got out of the car.
Jay got out as well and walked up next to Carson with a light smile on his face, "Lets go."
Carson locked his car. He put his hands in his pocket and walked towards the entrance, quiet. Itbwas comfort able to him. He paid for their tickets. "What do you want to do first?" He asked.
"Uhhh, Lets go on the rollercoaster," Jay pointed to the large rollercoaster, "That looks fun."
Carson nodded and walked beside him to the rollercoaster. He got in line. "Have you ever been here before?"
