I wish I could help. Unfourtanatly I have lots of joint pain right now in my hands right now. I've always had a problem with my fingers. They're so unflexible that I can't even straighten them and the joints hurt randomly sometimes. So I won't be able to help you out because I can't type.

You can do it! I know it! Unfourtanatly my joints, especially my hands, won't get better on their own.
