"Physically assaulting a nun?" He burst out with a puncuated rise of his eyebrows, glancing at her. "How in the world did she get you to do that, Ava?" He asked, quickly looking back at the road. The other facts about her had seemed normal and go-lucky. But he decided not to pass them over. If he wanted to get her a gift of some sort in the future (like for her birthday or Chirstmas) then the knowledge would be required.
“She had it coming!” She exclaims, though grinning. “Ah, that’s actually a fun story. Okay, I was born on Halloween, right? My adoptive mother swore that I was the spawn of satan because of this and the fact that I was a little shit. She was also super religious. When I was in highschool, I got shipped off to hell on earth. The fucking nuns believed my adoptive mother when she told them that I was evil. They constantly threw holy water at me, tried burning me with crosses, and all of that fun stuff. Anyways, about six months in, the head nun decided to call a priest for an exorcism after I accidentally set a desk on fire during science class. That didn’t go over well with me and I just snapped. Hit her upside the head with one of those giant crosses and then hailtailed it out of there. She didn’t get seriously hurt but she bitched and moaned about it so much that my father had to pay the hag to keep her trap shut,” She explains with a dramatic huff. “To this day, I’m not allowed within five hundred feet of that nun or the school.”

Ava sits on the couch in the living room, her feet propped up on the coffee table. "Your friends are a fucking riot," She tells Cameron, a grin on her face. The party had been a lot more fun than she had expected. She had actually enjoyed herself and social events really aren't her thing. Kreja lifts his head and stares at her, his blue eyes locked on his owner. She chuckles at the dog before reaching over to pet his head.

Cameron chuckled as he plopped down into the armchair, loosening his tie with a low sigh as he relaxed.
"They are sure are. They know how to throw one hell of a party, even after all these years. Though they still manage to keep it nice and clean… it's fucking awsome. We have to go to another one again."
(Damn, two years……..That sucks! I was stuck with mine for almost four years and was utterly miserable the entire time I had 'em.)
"Yeah, we really should," Ava agrees, nodding her head. "The next time they throw a party, I'd be more than happy to attend as your plus one." It had been a little awkward at first but once everyone warmed up and got comfortable, things got really crazy really fast. It was fucking amazing and she loved it.
(Ugh four years? I'd rip them out myself. Hopefully your teeth look good, though.)
Cameron nodded, grinning. "I'd love to invite you again. It felt a lot better with you as a plus one than like, anybody else I know. You can really throw a party, but a classy one. I'm impressed," He breathed, fluffing up his hair before looking around for Lily, who hopped up in his lap suddenly.
(Yeah, If was so horrible. They look pretty good but I’m more happy to have them off than anything.)
“I’m a fun person, believe it or not,” Ava laughs, scratching Kreja behind the ears. Despite her cold persona, she does enjoy letting loose and having a good time. “You should’ve seen me when I was a teenager. I was really fun then.” Crazy is more accurate.
"I bet you were, Ava," Cameron agreed with a laugh, "and I never doubted you couldn't have fun. You seem very pent up. I'm glad you could let loose after a while, yeah?" He stood again and stretched. "Anyhow, I think I'm gonna go upstairs."
“Just don’t get too used to it,” Ava warns lightly before yawning a little. She’ll be right back to her usual self tomorrow. “Yeah, I’m gonna head up as well. No need for me to make the headache I’ll get tomorrow any worse.” Standing up, she moves around a little to get the feeling back in her legs. “Come on, Kreja.”
Cameron just huffed at her quietly, shaking his head. "Honestly, woman, you should try and relax more. You're a lot of fun when you are." He clicked his tongue for Lily, who trotted over promptly and followed him as he started up the steps to his room.
"Anyway, good night. I'll probably have breakfast ready when you wake up."
“Relaxing is overrated, Cameron,” Ava tells him, rolling her eyes. “I had fun for one night, just take the win and move on.” She has too much stuff to do to have fun. Assassinating people does not give her much time to do anything other than research and go on walks with Kreja. Heading up the stairs, Kreja at her heels, she sighs a little bit. “Good night,” She tells him with a small smile before approaching the door to her room.
